Chord Butter - Song Generator AI is free but the lifetime IAP is Free usually $69.99
    https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chordbutter-song-generator-ai/id6471820796

Unable to sign up to Lifetime IAP on this one. Goes through as normal but then gives a pop-up saying "This item is currently being modified. Please try again later". That is in the UK.

For real I just did it. I tapped on see all plans I think it was and it came up. I’m in the States

Omg seriously. I literally couldn’t believe it when I saw it I immediately downloaded it unlocked it and shared it within minutes.

I feel bad others couldn’t snag it.

Yeah, must have been mid-change as it let me do it - showed as £0 but immediately got a notification from PayPal that I was down £70.

  • Yup it’s gone from the list in app raven. We’ll.. I tried

  • It actually didn’t charge me.

I think given the speed of the change it must have been put at zero in error. And given the speed of my refund request going in hopefully Apple authorise it 😂

VividTracker is $3 off at $3.99 but App Store says sale ends today!
    https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vividtracker/id758491913

If anyone is a tracker this is a cool one, an Amiga ProTracker emulation, both touchscreen and traditional keyboard control, in active development

I remember I used to work with something like this, not sure if it was this one, had an Atari too.

I have to admit that going back to Trackers worked as well for me as replaying old games and finding they weren’t quite as enjoyable as I remembered lol. I know some people love them still though.

Yeah, like those Atari 2600 games. Their packaging was always so sensational and promising, but when you put the cartridge in the console it was just a couple of moving pixels. Still it was really something in the 80s but can’t imagine playing it for hours now. We are too spoiled.

    We sure are :)

With trackers I did things backwards. I had Bitwig, FL, and all the cool iOS modernity and found out about tracking through the SunVox portal

Gaming wise I know exactly the let down one might feel when going back to the old games-
I downloaded the new emulator apps, then a hundred or so ROMs, including Atari stuff, and Jaime spent more than 30 mins with the stuff all in. The only thing I am using the Delta PPSSPP and RetroArch emulators are for trackers lol: lpgt and and lsdj

Maybe my post actually triggered the developer noticing it I don’t know, but it was literally minutes at most. Or maybe this thread has given me a false sense of superiority, lol.

Yep some past things are wonderful and some just don't live up to the memories. I see a lot of people drooling over the PPG Wave knock off and fair enough, it sounds great, but it never was a great interface and it looks like they have copied the original user interface and I think some may be disappointed and some will love it anyway.

Notator? That looked the same on Atari iirc

I'd say it looked different to that. But similarities are there.

Fair comment - I can't actually remember the last time I saw a Notator screen and my memory of it is hazy to say the least 😂

The developer probably wasn't prepared for your speed of action on sales. 😎

It's burned into my eyes. I spent a lot of time staring at that screen.

lol. I mean I just check a few times throughout the day. And share what looks good.

I’m not sure what would create a situation where the developer needs to make it free, I mean AppRaven reported it…

Maybe some type of flash sale. $70 is a lot.
