I didn’t have any issues with it. I think you have to turn the sound on with the manual switch by the volume buttons for it to output sound but I think there’s a setting to bypass that in the emulator settings
Is your phone on mute/silent mode? Delta won’t play sound if that’s the case, but there’s an option to disable that.
that’s what it was. lol thanks man
I used my switch controller and worked fine.
Wow, this thread sent me down a rabbit hole! I wound up ordering a couple SteelSeries controllers so I can try the whole screen casting to a TV flow. I have little kids who are old enough to get into games but I'm not ready to turn them loose on the App Store. This gives me a way to let them play some really good classic games that I think they'll be able to pick up quickly and enjoy, but in a more controlled environment and without multiplayer stranger danger.
Now all we need is a windows or Mac emularor and we can start running desktop instruments!!
Are you in the EU? If so you have to use altstore to get it
Delta is running well on my old 6s plus ….
There is an iPad version in the works apparently 👍
completely sucks that it not on the EU apple store.
But you can get it from the alt store https://altstore.io/
I want MAME.
I’m really looking forward to Provenance coming to the App Store. It lets you play loads of different systems:

That's awesome! I hope these emulators make it to tvOS as well.
that doesnt run on my ipad/iphone
On this topic, does anyone know of any way ti get a usb joystick to work on iPad. I’d like to play some stuff like rainbow islands emulated but with an old styl joystick. I’ve seen people say you either can’t use cabled stuff full stop or you could only do so with a usb powered hub as th barrier is the power draw.
I’m thinking of getting on of th speedlink usb amiga style joysticks they sell. I actually had one before and the quality was pretty poor. I wish wish wish they’d make a usb o Bluetooth cruiser amiga joystick 😍😍😍
Retroarch is on the AppStore now! This opens things up to even more systems 😀

Also PPSSPP for PSP emulation!

anybody know is “music 2000” emulator for playstation will work with this ?
that was the game that made me get interested in music production.
Awesome! I love Retroarch, and it has a full iPad version.
Where do you all download the ROMS for this app?
Search for Rom sets on archive dot org
oh My GOD! I had retroarch side loaded for arcade, but really didn't enjoy the altstore hoops
I couldn't find it searching for Retroarch itself, however searching for "Daniel De Matteis" pulled it right up! Just gotta move cores and roms over from old side loaded folder and I should be set
What an unexpected surprise just before my weekend! (Work 3rd, just woke up for my 'friday')
For note, the 8bitdo arcade sticks work GREAT for BT use on emulators on iPad. And they are easily modable, if that's your thing (but are VERY usable stock)
Retroarch and ppsspp are very exciting
Retroarch is been far more stable for me than Delta which regularly crashed with the two Korg NDS apps. And, it's actually usable bigger screen of the iPad.
I was even able to get Need for Speed Most Wanted (Playstation) working quite well with Retroarch.
I’m glad the PS works on retroarch. Now I can play FFIX on my phone without having to use the shitty port that Square made and will hardly ever update. And I can go crazy on Persona games with psp
It should work with retroarch!
