Sorry, just another quick question - I want to buy the FRMS desktop version, and transfer my iOS packs across, but even though I have all of your iOS products (including DRC unlock), I can’t remember setting up an account, and can’t find any record of this. Would the apps have used my Apple email account, or can I just register a new account through the apps, and use this on the desktop as well?

    Thanks!

Probably your purchases are linked to your apple account. In that case you just need to create an Imaginando account and login with it inside your FRMS iOS app. I'd suggest you also click on the "Restore Purchases" button in the "Store" tab of FRMS main menu after the login. This should link your expansion packs to your Imaginando account which will then become available on your desktop version as well

No, my Apple ID isn't recognised, and I don't have any details anywhere else of an Imaginando account. I can see all my purchases though in FRMS, LK etc., but pretty sure I've never set one up.

@sinosoidal - if I create a new one, will that work with my existing purchases on the iPad?

All a bit confusing, this. I'm hoping to get the desktop versions, so need to sort this out before the deals expire.

Your Apple ID is your Apple ID. Your imaginando account is your imaginando account. If you don't have one, create one.

Then, to sync your purchases with our dashboard, just login with your imaginando account on the corresponding app and choose Menu -> Store -> Restore Purchases.

This is a convenience feature so that the user has a centralised view over all the purchase from our products in a single place.

Have I made it a bit more clear now? Please let me know.

  • <3 Mmmm! FRMS is so far my deal of the decade, this is fantastic!

Yes, you don’t need to use your Apple ID email. Just create an Imaginando account and sign in to the apps on iOS and to the website with the same account.

Heads up, not seeing the discounts in the Android app. Still full unlock prices for the iaps

I did, however, pick up all packs on iOS though. Is there any chance that unlocking iaps on one OS will crossbuy to another? (While hopeful, completely understandable if not)

The prices were already changed. Maybe they weren't still updated in your country.
DRC in app purchases are not cross platform. Thats the only product which the expansion packs are not universal. However, the desktop version already has all the expansion packs available for free =)

Ok thank you. Prices did update this morning, so looks like the double dip is go!

Excited to pull out my phone (android currently. Going to iOS next upgrade) and experiment/learn with knowledge I can directly use when producing on iPad (not many cross platform options I've found. I know there are a few, but most friendly Ive found are iOS locked)

    Many thanks!

  • @sinosoidal one more question, please:

Is there a way to sync favorites from DRC Android to iOS?

Grabbed the full set on both and it would be an amazing time saver to go thru em on the phone any random 5min moment that opens up, but have em favorited on the iPad when I can sit down with it for more time

(and once more, thank you so much for your apps and taking the time to help)

  • First of all, congratulations with your 10th anniversary. I own several Imaginando apps and they’re awesome! I’m heading over to the App Store!

  • IAP's for Imaginando LK are on sale now. $2.99 CAD for the Matrix unlock and $0.99 each for the other modules.

Right now you could save the preset to the cloud bank and sync between devices. Must I must warn you, Cloud Sync will be deprecated until the end of the year. Next version of DRC and FRMS will not have Cloud Sync. We will improve our patch import and export system instead.

Oh! That should work well while available!

I assume I can then resave the cloud presets to the device as I go? (for when cloud support ends)

So I can save a few patches from Android to cloud, then get on iPad and resave from cloud to pad?

Forget it / can’t use it

  • Congrats on your anniversary, you have built up a great portfolio over the years. @sinosoidal have you considered adding multi-out in FRMS for the 4 layers? Sending each layer to a separate external FX could be worth trying.

Is there something else when you purchase these?

    Yah, that would be amazing.

FRMS will be reviewed until the end of the year. We are currently reviewing VS, then we will review DRC and finally FRMS. I will open issue for this request.

    I am on iOS.

I signed back in and now ( apparently i got signed out) everything is checked except for keyboard. However the keyboard is working.
I have no problem purchasing the keyboard, it’s great… but it is working without the check mark.

When i was signed out everything was working as well… maybe it just knows who i am 😎😜🤣

Yes it does. You just need to make sure you're using the latest version of UBridge (1.7.2)
