If @flo puts his magical fingers on Gigfast, it will turn from "impressive" to unbeleavable! Be prepared to not even reconize your app 😁
I think we might still recognize it but I have checked @flo 's videos and it will be great to receive feedback from him.
@ArteraDSP ,
My only criteria is « am i inspired by what i’m hearing ».
For now,Tonex and overloud are the top of the hill for me.
Tonex is such a versatile app (amps+pedals).
Really curious to hear your app in action.
From what i’ve already heard,it seems really interesting.
Tonex is certainly a tough one to beat. But when it comes to sound, lb for lb, I think this one purely for tone and modeling is the best I’ve heard on iOS or besides my kemper and axe Fx iii…
If this wonderfully simple GUI gets more effects, I see no reason for Tonex to have sound advantage
I’m still trying it out but I’m intrigued by this parametric modeling of multiple NAM or whatever and I would like to know more about that - it sounds like a very interesting and useful process for curating wonderful tones and rigs
Very exciting to see iOS development for guitar and hopefully metal drums are on the way (Luis Martinez I’m lookin at you; metal add on for Rock DM)
We are happy to inform you that macOS version is also available at App Store. I would also like to remind that subscriptions or lifetime purchases applies to both platforms if the same apple id is being used on the devices.
Sounds great!!! Loving it so far… wish there was some sort of batch import for the zip files containing loads and loads of different nams. Other than that looks like I’ll probably get the lifetime IAP soon.
We are glad to hear that. Batch import is a request that we have received from other users as well. We are thinking on a elegant way to implement it. Thanks a lot.

I can confirm what @ArteraDSP said above about the Mac version of GigFast. I had previously purchased the lifetime unlock on the iPad. Today I downloaded it from the Mac app store and had no problem restoring the purchase.
Will there be a non-Lite version?
+1 just click restore
@ArteraDSP : great sounding amps. I have run into a couple of little issues running it as an AUv3.
If one has loaded a NAM profile, saving and restoring an AUM OR Loopy Pro preset does not work correctly. In AUM, the AU will crash if trying to load a preset saved into AUM. In Loopy Pro, it doesn’t crash but the NAM profile isn’t loaded.
The other problem that I have run into is that when running as an AU (but not standalone) sometimes when I choose a NAM profile from the popup, the menu selection doesn’t work and the chosen profile doesn’t load. It seems like it is happening for the first few profiles in my list and I don’t know if it is the profile or the position in the list. This happens for me in both Loopy Pro and AUM.
@ArteraDSP sounds excellent. Seems to be mono only though when I load my Stereo NAM profiles (reverbs etc). I checked settings but no settings for Gigfast Lite to process Stereo profiles. Can you update to accept stereo profiles?
Also can’t work out how to save user presets when using NAM profiles?
Audio settings greyed out in Auv3
Standalone is crashing now when trying to load. It loaded a few times before but not now
iOS 17.5.1 / ipad pro M2. I will delete and re install
@ArteraDSP turned off / on ipad. Standalone still crashing when trying to launch app
interesting, we have never faced this type of issue before. Can you provide more details what was happening when crashes start?
@ArteraDSP it just doesn’t launch . I deleted & re installed and standalone launches ok as of now.
The app sounds great though. With Stereo processing for NAM would be good for using on the DAW Master channel.
But as of now the sound image is mono
Same issues here
Also be cool if you could choose different cabs for when you switch between a, b and c. It appears you can only have one cab per preset with the nams and custom cabs.
@ArteraDSP crash crash crash launching standalone. I uninstalled/ reinstalled when this happened before and same issue happening. I tried to upload a video but can’t on this forum. I will email to you
I think you are importing something that messes up with app. Could you tell me in detail what were you trying to achieve when crashes started. Regarding the AUM and Loopy Pro situation we are going to release an hotfix for you to be able to use more effectively inside AUM. We are not supporting some of the use cases you are trying with AUM. Presets should be handled inside GigFast for now.
@ArteraDSP I sent you an email & short video to the email address on your support page but it said email send failure . Click on the email on your website and the email address says to “[email protected].
I have not imported anything to the standalone as yet
@emc87 We've already considered making A-B-C channels to remember all the plugin parameters. However since changing presets are seamless in GigFast Lite and doesn't produce a gap in the audio, we've decided to omit this feature in GigFast Lite.
@stormbeats Can you please send it to "[email protected]" ?
@arda @ArteraDSP email sent. Received?
@stormbeats OK, I've received your screen recording video. Can you tell me in detail what you were trying to achieve before these crashes started happening? If you imported a specific NAM model or IR, it would be helpful to have them in order to diagnose the issue.
as explained above I have only imported 3 NAM profiles to the Auv3 version none to standalone. I will email the profiles to you now
@arda @ArteraDSP I have emailed the NAM Profiles which may be causing issue with standalone version crashing when launching Gigfast on iOS. Please note I have only imported using Auv3 version and they seem ok and Auv3 version is not crashing on launch
@arda @ArteraDSP is there a way to turn off auto saving of imported NAM profiles?
@arda @ArteraDSP ok I think it’s the NAM NEVE 5315 profile causing issue. I deleted from user library and all seems ok now which is strange because it works fine in auv3
@stormbeats I've received and started testing the NAM profiles that you shared. I'll let you know as soon as I diagnose it.
@stormbeats Unfortunately, this is not possible. GigFast Lite manages all the imported NAM profiles and IRs internally. This is how it handles the redundant NAM reloading, duplicated imports and linking imported files with presets.
