Newfangled Audio's Generate seems to still be available for $49 (maybe cheaper if you have something to crossgrade--I got it for $35). The random patch generator is great and sounds are pretty unique among my collection! Pendulate is still free, too...

me. it's my primary sketching / arrangement tool both on desktop and iOS – because DAWs are waaaaay too cumbersome.
not sure which desktop OS you're using, but on MacOS you have 3rd party AUv3 support as well – and there are quite a few AUv3's that work on MacOS.
on windoze, it is just what it is. VST support is going to appear at some point but don't expect it soon – it's planned for version 2.
The same. I find it’s very good on Mac desktop, and as chaocrator says there are several AUv3 s to use (if you need to - the built-in synths are pretty good). File transfer is also very easy between ipad/phone and desktop.

I haven’t tried THU yet, but this was too good to pass up, so now I’ll be trying it.
It's a pretty good plugin - the amp simulations are excellent but I don't think you can load the same presets on the ios version - they're separate IAPs (or they used to be...unless anyone knows differently?)
I don’t know, I didn’t download or install either one yet. I’ll get to that sometime today. Their website said it included the mobile version as well though. Either way, at this price it’s an amazing deal (and probably a gateway to spending…😂). I still prefer real amps but it’s nice to have options.

Also includes ST4 max, which is horrendous to install. And use. Pretend it's not included if you value your hair.

With it being $149 for a bit and now this price, total studio 5 is probably due within a few days. Still a great deal if someone will use the products contained within.
Yes, but unlike what their promotional material will tell you, Studio 5 will be exactly the same other than them adding T-Racks 6 and a few amplitube/tonex packs, useless sample packs etc. Nothing else will change so you'll get mostly the same versions of everything else.
They may release or update something else before launching TSM5 otherwise it's basically just TSM4 with T-Racks 6.
When they launched TSM4, they stated that "IK Multimedia Renews Its Entire Software Range for NAMM 2023" which was pretty much a total lie as they didn't actually renew anything much at all, other than the version numbers for the MAX packs.
All the actual plug-ins remained the same versions they were before, including ancient old SampleTank content that still installs in the wrong place and crashes SampleTank until you manually move it to where it should go...
Anyway, for $83.99 it's less than any individual MAX package for all of them. If you don't have IK on your banned list it's a great deal.
