Yeah I'll probably succumb today I already have Micro Tera and Addictive Synth which I use a lot, that has the arpeggiator too and it's one of the best - better than Nave in that respect. Nave has a unique use for me though with big, long sounds that I can tweak live to make soundscapes. I've been looking for something for this purpose for years on the ipad, and finally this fits the bill perfectly. Did get a couple of crackles last night but was pushing it pretty hard.
Got IK Multimedia iGrand for FREE when I brought the Keys Bundle as already own Sampletank and iElectric go get!

At this price, its's a steal. I think it is my favourite of the IK packages (prior to 3). Go for it!

Thanks, sounds good! I'll most likely just get this one during the weekend.
I just wanted to post a big thank-you and welcome to all that have taken advantage of the Black Friday-to-Monday discount on Mobile Convolution so far. I had a genuine open-mouth moment this morning when I checked the iTunes Connect stats to find almost as many sales in a single day as there have been in the first few months since release. I can really see why so many retailers go nuts for this promotion opportunity!
That said, it was the excuse I needed to hit the trigger on about £500 of Mac music software that I'd been sitting on the fence about for ages.
@LiquidSonics - I am glad that my app addiction had a small part in supporting your software addiction. I gave Mobile Convolution a test run earlier today and I thought it was great.
@MrNezumi - I'm not sure the dealers are supposed to be hooked on the drugs too

Thanks, I thought it was a bug. So you'll have to get the presets of the internet...weird!
This was a really good weekend for sales. Although I've bought many of them already at full price or earlier sales (so be it), there were some items I had been watching that I felt better about at the sale price. The original zMors synth at 3.99 is pretty nice - it's tough to pay 10 bucks for that because it feels more limited than a Sunrizer, etc. obviously. But it sounds good at a good price. Might buy zMors Modular, but that's more likely to be a waste for me, since I don't really have the time to mess with modular.
Was hoping for a Z3TA sale, but it didn't happen. iVCS3 got a few bucks off, however, so that is tempting.
Guitar-wise, I think I'm going to be happy with the newly available interface unlock for Mobile POD ($20), and this new AmpONE modeler ($10) looks interesting, but Doug has a video coming out for it soon. Will probably buy the one bass pack I don't have for JamUp XT, as mentioned by @Tritonman2 above.
If I really wanted to do some damage, the Korg apps are on sale, but they are still 10 or 20 bucks, and I have doubts about them. Will not be doing Module for a variety of reasons, including iOS8 only and having an older iPad.

I think there's room for both, Nave for wavetables and Tera for modular analog and FM. I think if i wrote a track with each one they'd sound radically different but then i don't know half of what Nave is capable of. Teras great for percussion, wish it were multitimbral cause it'd make a great drum synth.
Amazingly enough nlog synth at 1.99 is my fav new purchase.
I got cube synth and I love nave but after listening to many examples of tera I found myself thinking how awful it sounds. I have addictive and micro also and while not bad I must say that nave is far superior imo.
MeeBlip Anode is $20 off ($139->$119)

It's a great synthesizer. Funny how it's only a few years old but I wanna call it a vintage iOS classic. NLog, Sunrizer, Thumbjam and NanoStudio are all in that camp for me (all are pre-iPad I believe).
@Greg said:
No, they are there, installed, no internet needed, but in 'cloud' folder.
In the other folder, empty now, you make your own.
Hadn't heard of Mobile Convolution yet, so thanks for posting the sale in here @LiquidSonics. Nice sounding reverb for sure.
Shame about the one day only iSymphonic sale too. That would have probably evenentually won me over throughout the weekend, but couldn't pull the trigger yesterday. Had the flu and was barely able to read, much less make purchasing decisions. Oh well, everything happens for a reason I guess.

Totally agree got it ages ago and still a great little synth, when I got my Mac was my first purchase for that along with Logic, the presets are interchangeable, at the moment it's on offer on the Mac app store, if you've got a Mac you can't go wrong.
I like nlog's xy pad, it has really interesting assignments with all of the presets!
With NLog it's just so easy to create great sounds, on some synths I spend an age tweeking this parameter and that, but with NLog it's practically a breeze, plus the sounds sit well in the mix. A massively underrated synth, probably because it's been around so long and many BIG names have entered the IOS market and it sort of got forgotten.
If I have Nlog midi, is there really a need for pro? I use it with external gear and such, so I don't mind using a blown up version on my iPad. Thanks!
@BvsMV the only difference I think was the number of oscillators, 2 on midi and 4 on the Pro which would give you a options, but I don't have both so I can't compare both, but two synths with a similar limitation are Addictive and Addictive Micro, but of these two using the same presets they sound different, I actually prefer Micro, just sounds better to my ears, so probably comes down to taste and use, but logically 4 oscillators gives you more scope. At it's current price I can only say if you like Midi get Pro then you've got 6 oscillators.

Nope there is nothing. Not in the Local and not in the Cloud.
I will try to reinstall ...see what happens!
Picked up Nlog and zMors. Both are pretty interesting. My go to Synth tho is the Z3TA. So many great sounding patches. Zmors had some pretty cool arps that got my inspiration going
I especially liked the mod wheel being touch. Made the arps sound really nice and interesting.
Nlog is nice too in its own special way.
Honestly, I'm done with Synths. For now Z3TA is so enough.
Best buy tho this weekend was Auria. So awesome!!!!
Picked up Goodeeader for a buck and the awesome Convolution Reverb app.
Also audioshare was a great purchase.
All in all I think it was all great.

I'm wondering if I really need Cube or Tera as I already have Addictive and Micro. I think Nave is going to keep me busy for a while...
That's exactly what happened to me! I was blown away by the Tera so I purchased Addictive Synth and was similarly impressed. But you are right Cube Synth sounds awful compared to the other 2.
Are there any Cube Synth users out there who who think the Cube Synth is good? If so what do you use it for? Thanks.
I wouldn't say Cube sounds awful but I do like Addictive, and Tera in particular, better.
