  • Thx for posting the changes!

I didn't realize the Euclidean was another iAP. I grabbed it- I also hope someone does a deep dive on it.

@sfm Leo... maybe you can do a tutorial on this for us in the future?!

Found a cool lil thing, not sure if it's new or not.

If you launch Prism in standalone- watch the BOTTOM LEFT corner and it begins scanning and then if you tap it or look at it side eyed, it populates a list of all your AUV3 instruments.

It gets even cooler … you can add the auv3 icon to its corresponding track in Prism now ..

  • Amazing update!
Far more readable now with the improved contrast. I’d be excited for that alone. 😎

Ha .. thought of you when I first saw that in the beta

  • Mikejohn! Thx again boss

  • When I click to try and buy the Euclidean IAP, nothing happens.

I’ve had similar problems with all the iap.

  • Anyone know the best way to contact the dev?
Keen to grab the Euclidean IAP while it’s on sale….

  • @mikejohn neither of us had any issues with the Euclidean IAP. Wonder if it's a regional thing.

    @Kashi u in Europa?

    @Kashi u in Europa?

I am in Europa, but sadly not in the EU. I’m on the shitty little island called the “UK”

    Thanks @Pierre118

I’m on beta so I didn’t have to purchase IAPs — but I did send a message to the developer on discord about Euclidean IAP purchase issues

Thanks @mikejohn . I dropped him an email too

  • I found tha my problem with purchases had to do with the version of iOS I had 18.2 something. As soon as I updated to whater framework swift contents iOS 26 is running it “fixed itself”

    Phooey

  • I see there’s an IAP for Launchkey Mini Mk4 integration - would that also be useful for a Launchkey 49 Mk3? I’d love an app with native integration or something close enough that I don’t have to meticulously map the thing out.

    It’s just for LaunchKey Mini mk4 integration .. wouldn’t work for LK49

  • Is it possible to import midifiles?
    If yes, how?

    Thanks

Select a tone track, then tap the menu icon > Track > Import MIDI File. MIDI can only be imported to tone tracks, unfortunately.

    [edit] corrected by @EdZAB below.

  • Thank you - could not find it in the manual…
Maybe because I want to import a drum pattern and searched for that :)

    Strange limitation.

The manual is also out of date on that point. It shows the option showing up where it doesn't. I only happened to remember seeing it in the settings menu instead. Stuff is still kinda moving around in this app.

Sorry to interject here unasked, but you can import MIDI files into both melodic and drum tracks. The screenshot shown is from my iPhone with Prism 2.03, where I’ve imported a MIDI file that was exported from Playbeat 3. The small page icon with the + sign lets you select a folder and then you can browse files within that folder.

**Edit: The folder name where the MIDI file being imported is called “MIDI Export” to avoid any possible confusion 😀

  • I am of course scared to begin, but if I were to, Logic Pro the best host? Or should I say simplest, all things considered?

    Wow, thanks :)
    Great tip.

Hope my fried brain will understand.

Thanks for that info! I was going by the manual, which is out of date on that point too. I'm looking forward to giving that a try.

[edit] ahhh. That mysterious file + icon I never explored because all I noticed was the screen distortion and not the "Choose a folder to browse MIDI files"

  • If you have screen distortion like mine, with the step pads covering up Choose Folder, resize the plugin window until it fits where it's supposed to.

  • Midi import for drum tracks is actually quite good. 😎
Swap makes it so fast and easy to re-map tracks that aren't hitting on the sounds you would like. That's always been such a pain in most apps.

  • Here's my first intro video to Prism with some demo material mixed in. There will be more in the future that highlight my own approach to the app.

    That was excellent!

  • @EdZAB - next time you might want to make note that long-press on the menu is needed only if you've changed the Default Setting Style from the default Dropdown to Embedded. That might be confusing for people who aren't aware of that option's existence.
