  • i don't see bundle

  • The dev said that when the bundle is available, those who purchased the individual app would receive the bundle for free.

As of now, I see both apps but the bundle is not up yet.

  • hi, we are sorry for the confusion. we had to release audiomux, to submit the bundle for review. at the moment the bundle is waiting for the review. i hope it won't take too long anymore. it's up to apple now again. :)

Argh!! Ok - thanks for the update. I'm thinking about saying "screw it" and just buying it outright. Developers have to eat too.

But i can't get it work.... i hope there will ve a video soon how to set it up. It's a bit confusing with Audiobus.

  • ETA for Windows?

  • ok thanks

  • Showing 6.99 still. Supposed to be free if you bought midimux?

You have to wait for the bundle to become available and then choose it. I assume the app store will 'know' that you've bought midimux and audiomux will actually be free.

  • Yeah, i saw that video but i have no clue how i can get it work in Logic. I'm officially to dumb for this stuff and give up to connect my idevices. I also thought i can use it without Audiobus.

  • I think it has to be used with audiobus.

  • However, i can get it connected like in the video and i can choose the ipad as inputvin logic but i can't hear anything or record anything. How i said, without a german video for dummies i'm out ;)

@Cinebient hi. in logic just go to: Preferences -> Audio and select your iPad as an in or output. Cheers.

  • I have done this...

  • @Cinebient sorry i totally skipped that. did you klick Apply after selecting your iPad as an input? If so: create a new track (Audio) and select the left(Input 1)/right(Input 2) or stereo channel (Input 1+2).

  • Yes, i can get audio from my mac to the ipad (with lots of cracks and droputs) but not the other way, whatever i do. Maybe it's the apple crap :(

  • edited March 2015

@Cinebient please let me know which iPad you have and how many audio apps you run at the same time? Maybe it is overwhelmed? many audio apps consume a lot resources. to hear the audio stream on your ipad, open audiobus and create a new route. select audiomux as an output.

  • Just one app with 1024 samples on ipad air. But i don't want to record from mac to ipad, i want to record animoog into logic. No chance. I'm to dumb.

  • @Cinebient sorry i'm must be really overtired :). could you please try to select the ipad as input and your built in output as output (system preferences -> sound)

  • edited March 2015

I have done this too. I see the waveform while i play animoog but there is no input inside my logic audio track. I'm also overtired.... i'm sure it's just me... will try it tomorrow again.

@Cinebient i will integrate a logic section in our installation guide. sorry for the confusion. cheers.

  • No OSX10.7.!!!???

  • Ok so I bought Audiomux. It may not be possible, but I want to route the audio from my Mac to the iPad, then back to the Mac.

Using MainStage, I would like to use the power of Loopy. I can get the audio into loopy but it plays through the iPad speakers. How can i get the audio back into MainStage to play out of my studio monitors?

  • Now everything works (maybe i should have not disabled the monitoring in my audio track.... ouch!). Just iOS 8 sucks it a bit due to some apps don't work and those drop outs here and there whatever sample rate i choose. I think it will be fine for recording some stuff into my mac. Great app. Just hope apple fix finally this crappy OS.

I thought 10.7 was the minimum requirement? I'm running 10.6.8, so I'll be needing an update to take advantage of this.

  • @aleyas: that's what I thought too!but the description NOW says OSX8/9.
Very strange marketing,MidiMux works great with OSX7 but AudioMux doesn't...
    Big Disappointment!

  • Edit-above should read OSX10.7 and OSX10.8/9 of course.

  • edited March 2015

@Schimanski sorry for the confusion. we're still working on a solution for Mac OSX 10.7 and will figure out if a reliable support for 10.7 is possible. a beta server for 10.8 is already uploaded.

@gmslayton unfortunately this set up is not possible at the moment. but in future we will allow audiomux to be in&output at the same time. Cheers.
