I just noticed that the user presets I have saved in AUM offer a different list depending on whether Loopy Pro is loaded in the instrument slot or the effect slot (I was wanting one in each slot in the same lane). Is this the normal behaviour?

I noticed that if you save it as an LP project, then save it to AUM it will then open from the AUM instrument. Still seems a little strange?

That is the nature of AUv3. Instruments and Effects are different AUv3 from the os point of view. I think you will find the same thing with any AU that can be an instrument or an effect.

  • I’m using clip above/below on the page with clips but it doesn’t work when I’m trying to use it on a second page that doesn’t have clips on and it. I copied those buttons from 1st to 2nd page hoping it will work as it was.

    Any solutions?

Ah, OK thanks for that. I hadn’t noticed that before.

edit: nevermind, figured it out already

  • I think i found a bug? I use an external interface (Zoom U-24) and when i close/open loopy again the interface is still recognized but doesn‘t process any sound. I need to hotplug it to get the sound back @Michael

I think it is general issue. I sometimes have the same problem with my Focusrite 2i2 and Nux Mighty Plug Pro as well. I haven't figured out how to simulate it 100% yet. My workaround is to switch hardware input on channel strip to iPad mic and back.

  • I can map widgets but never a trigger button to send an on/off cc or note.

    Via Drambo.

I manually go to map in loopy.

Choose Drambo ( so I guess I dont need midi feedback Drambo modules )

Set midi ch and cc number in the trigger menu.

Choose different states like on. Or on/off.

Can you create a new thread to get help on this and post screenshots showing all the details of what you set up and what you are trying to do?

The big trigger on right side.

    Iv map everything else.

Its just the trigger type pad has no on off, visual state.

Nor does it trigger after manually adding the cc number and ch, at Drambo parameter.

    Thanks.

Its a Euclidean controller and midi sends btw.

    Free up my faderfox pc12.

  • Just lacking a button or so.

Even though theres 4 spare hardware buttons per gauss ( x 2 gauss ) on the faderfox.

Just wanted to have clear all recording available.

So need to add extra utilities via screen.
