I'm not sure if we're allowed to post screenshots, I mean it would be good advertising so why not?

    The NDA probably prohibits this...

yep,no pictures or anything else ;)

But what we can say is:it's VERY close :D

But "close" is also the distance from moon to the earth ;)

  • ...so "not yet" is nower than "close" is? Not moon enough.

  • NDA's don't really have a ton of wiggle room, and that's by design. I agree that it's a little cruel to tease something that should have been covered under the NDA, but at the same time, I also get sitting around the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve with your brother and trying your best to hold onto the fact that he's getting a train set. Don't worry, brothers. The wait is drawing to a close. It will not be perfect when it arrives. That is not the tester's faults, but speaks to the depth of the app more than anything. There will be bugs to be squashed. Everything will not be "perfect". But it's as close as you'll ever find in DAW's on an iOS platform. You can safely sit back and enjoy the wait now. It's not an undetermined amount of time anymore. She's coming. And she's going to fuking blow your mind.

    Word of the day: Nower.

I hear it in positively Churchillian tones oldfashionedsmileyface

  • I think you will find you have to wait just that little bit longer yet. . . .

This will help me sleep better tonight! U think it will run as smoothly as Auria does now on an air 1? Auria works pretty slick right now. Occasional hiccup, but mostly it's great.

Sorry boys. Mums the word....... In fact this subject shouldn't be on this forum, as it's not fair for everyone who's been waiting . I can imagine the mental cruelty it's having on some people. It must be horrible.

Yeah, it's enough that most brands these days tease the shit out of their products...

All I can say is I can hardly wait for that sampler, and I really hope it's powerful. I don't care about FabFilter EQs and stuff, because my work is not that crucial, but I care about a really tight workflow.

Hats of to Cubasis, but I find the UI heavy on the eyes. I mean they have this nice flat UI and they've slapped that skeumorphic design which kind of looks retro.

  • Just 2 more questions for the beta testers..:P.

    1) Is it possible to miditrigger drumagog, or do we have to lay down a drum audio track first?
    2) Will there be any new IAP's fx or synths?

  • All things to all men (and women) ?
The hype is gaining momentum :)

  • I haven't seen any details about the included sampler - will it be a keyboard based one or pads (or both)? Anyone know (and can say!)?

  • They've said in a video at Namm I think that they have a sampler also but they didn't show anything.

  • I'm between Auria Pro and MTS. I own Auria and I know is going to be great but I have an Air 1. Not sure I have resources in my device. In the other hand MTS has midi and AU support now and it seems less CPU. If anyone test Auria Pro in Air 1 and can say something...

According to this thread on the Auria forum - "Auria Pro however is only recommended on iPad 4 or newer." ... Air1 will be fine.

  • Oh that's great! Thanks Halftone

    Absolutely! Air 1 is fine.

  • Dear Rim,

I'm going on a hunger strike until the release of Auria Pro. It's going to be hard because I'm already hungry :(

Do you really want that on your conscious?

    Save me!

  • From the way you peeps post I WOULD be ready, except for this niggling little no iPhone version thingy...

You will be fine with an iPad air 1.

  • I hope it uses less CPU than Auria, i have been using MTS Studio and have found the sound and stock plug ins to be of good quality, i have also notice that the CPU usage is much less than Auria. To me thats a big plus since i am still using a iPad Air.
I know when it comes out , I am going to get the Pro version , i am quite sure it would live up to its name.

  • iTs CoMiNg..... bwahahahahahahahaahaha..........
