Finally ... spring has arrived!!!!  :D

Did you know tomorrow will be exactly 1 year since Auria was updated. I don't believe in coincidence.

Well they missed the end of spring by 4 days.

Steeper upgrade price than I was expecting... Guess Rim has to eat though...

  • I may consider AuriaPro as a christmasgift for myself but I do wonder if the 'sampler' is just a player or does it also include options for creating samples?

    Player at the mo..

Lyra is a powerful sample playback system which supports SFZ, EXS and SF2 sample formats. Lyra is a true disk streaming sampler, so even large instruments like a 4GB piano will load with ease. Lyra supports all the SFZ opcodes, even obscure ones, and the EXS implementation is complete as well.

Now I think I need some videos to see if there's really any "emergency" to upgrade... Even if I managed to be reasonable with the sales this week
  • Emergency!!!! @Gratouilli ;Hahahah! :joy:
  • This looks really impressive, I have one reservation though.

There is no mention of IAA,  does this mean that you cannot use IAA effects as inserts ?  The reason I ask is because when I use Tonestack as an IAA insert I can record the original audio from the guitar onto a track and then have the ability to tweak the amp/effects afterwards.

If I can still work in this way I will be seriously considering this as a purchase.

I can't imagine that will have been removed @AndyPlankton

Ahh thanks for clearing that up,  I couldn't see it mentioned in the product description on the web page.

    • Audiobus, DropBox, SoundCloud, AudioShare, and Audio Copy/Paste support
  • It's going to be the Biz-niz.

Thanks for the info,  I'm not currently an Auria user, so I did not know it was there.
  • Biggest workflow change for myself is the inclusion of Alphabetty Spagetti IAA lists....this is worth the upgrade alone!!! :D

    I'm updating NOW!
  • @AndyPlankton, The 4GB library is an optional download.  Auria Pro comes with some samples preloaded (about 500MB), and the rest are downloadable free from the Auria Store.

Thank you,  I must say I am impressed with the speedy responses :sunglasses:
  • My first screen shot!

look at the title of my most recent project. Havnt even pressed play yet. See ya!

  • So Auria Pro is a completely separate product? I thought there was going to be an upgrade option but I can't see an upgrade price?
There are no IAPs listed for Auria Pro, although it says it offers IAPs. Would I need to purchase them all again or are they ALL included in Auria Pro and the IAPs it will offer are all new ones?
  • Is it possible to hide/display the sub-groups in the mixer window on Auria pro ?
