What is the name of this drawer? I found it very funny!
More Teenage Engineering teasers...
Hmm, can't wait for the forthcoming TENCHO craze.
New pocket operator!
No idea what sounds it has. After the office equipment PO, it could be anything.
The bar scene reminds me of piano man for some reason.
Why is there a child at the bar?
And what's with the spiders?
The word TONIC makes me think this will be melodic, not rhythmic.
More questions than answers . . .
I love NAMM week

Since I have microtonic, I need to buy this
btw, the bundle with microtonic is a much better value... unfortunately I already own it
Honestly a little let down by this. Obviously, the mic is not used as a sampler, but can only be used to communicate with microtonic software.
So, you need a computer to change and access sounds that are ALREADY in the unit?
I already have the PO rhythm. Need way more convincing considering it's $140 for the bundle.

Pionotron!
Will the Korg stuff be announced straight away, or are they scheduled to give an Apple style presentation?
I'm more excited about this than I probably should be.
That Toraiz thing got me interested until I saw the price.
All it says on the web-page is...
"All information will be publicly announced when the NAMM show opens on January 19, 2017 (local time) in Anaheim, California, USA. Don't forget to check the KORG Gadget product page."
As far as I've understood it opens at 10am
(As of writing in about 10 hours).
Yeah, I'm exited too, got roughly $100 store-credits loaded...
That 'thing' would be super nice as an AUv3/App with 8x oversampled engine or something![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thanks Samu.
10 hours! Argh!
It's gonna be a very long day![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
It is!
Are you thinking of getting the Gadget desktop version? Not really of interest to to me unless the whole package is stupidly cheap, as I hardly use the Mac for music. Curious to see what it looks like though. I'll definitely be up for the iOS audio Gadget though, and probably jump in quick before the UK price rises kick in.
I don't have a Mac.....i am interested to see if we get the new Gadgets on iOS or if we get screwed......I sincerely hope the former.....and have held off getting reslicer in anticipation.
I reckon we will. As the iOS version was created first they probably made the new Gadgets to see how they'd work before porting it to desktop. Probably.
Not trying to spend your money for you, but I can definitely recommend ReSlice!
It looks interesting, but a nice to have rather than essential for me as I have BW and do not sequence slices but play them live and record the audio, so far have not needed envelopes, but perhaps I just don't know that I do need them![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Is the pitched playback predictable, i.e can you play a slice back in a particular note ?
Saving the pennies to see what if anything I will spend on Gadget vs ReSlice and intro prices/savings prior to app store price increases to see which I will save most on by buying now![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Yes you've got pitch and envelope control for each slice, so more powerful than Blocs, but you could create really good samples for importing and sequencing in Blocs.
Interesting to see what the audio Gadget will do.
Hopefully it will do only 2 things
1. Record Audio tracks
2. Playback audio tracks
3 and a half hours to go....
4:20 to go was exceptionally good for some reason I discovered.
It's going to end in tears isn't it?
Yes, we just don't know which flavour yet, Joy or Misery![:D :D](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/lol.png)
On their website the projected MAP is$XXX.Does that mean less than a $1000USD
I just enjoy the build-up and anticipation, but this one IS TAKING TOO LONG
Nice![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
