Looks like Live Session Export will now include midi data, instead of just sound files. That's a nice surprise, and explains why they've held out on adding this feature until now. I hope there isn't some caveat for those of us not buying the Mac version.
The 3 new Gadgets are included in v3.0 for iOS, and it looks like they will be free as well.
It's great to read that even iPad2 is still supported.

If you look at the iOS page where all the gadgets are listed, the 3 new gadgets are missing the 'available as IAP' note underneath them, the same as the original base gadgets. All the later gadgets have the IAP note.
Hmm... Looks like all the 'new' Gadgets will be included as standard, no extra IAPs
Wonder if the new drum-gadget does chromatic instruments too?
And can we select a 'Gadget Track' as source for the recorder for 're-sampling'?(And then use the sound to Bilbao or the new Drum Gadget?).
What kind of audio-editing can we expect?(Trim, Normalize, Fade In/Out etc.).
Also from what I could see IAPs made on iOS will transfer to macOS version over iCloud just like when you sync two iOS devices (iPad -> iPhone).
