I'm writing to revitalize this thread. In my recent endeavors to learn more about synth, I came across DRC. There's still much for me to discover—in this app and about synthesizers in general—but I'm finding more and more how much I'm drawn to this app in particular.

Lots of thanks to those who posted SoundCloud examples, and even more thanks to the development team working hard to produce this app and incorporate the suggestions of others on this forum.

I guess you could say DRC is my newest crush as well. Looking forward to more sound clips, tutorials, and app enhancements!

Thanks for your feedback. We have a lot of improvements planned and user features suggestions to be implemented (thanks you all in this forum for the amazing feedback over the time).

At the moment, we are finishing a summer project: a Digital Music Box (powered by DRC) that consist in turning a old furniture into a box with a crank to play melodies. The melodies are a mix of old classic and contemporary songs. The sound comes out of DRC sound engine and can be tuned. We had to select only a few of DRC parameters as we wanted to limit controls to only 16 for the sake of simplicity since the project has to be ready soon.

In the following video I'm talking about the front panel, which allows the control of the synth parameters.

This project will go to the streets of our city (Braga, Portugal) on 1st September, during an event called Noite Branca

I have been crazy to the point of documenting the whole process in a series of YouTube videos. Soon I will be publishing a video of the box ready. In this video series I speak in Portuguese but they all have english captions.

Since you all love DRC I think you will find lovely seeing DRC with such a sexy furniture cover.

That one is damn hard. It took me a while to get the Organ to "sing". You can do crazy organ sounds on this! The right patch for a sunday :) @MusicMan4Christ

Does anyone know how one would go about replicating this excellent pipe organ patch our dearly departed (read: banned) @hexagonsun83 put together? I'd love to have such a thing in my DRC arsenal.

I just finished watching the YouTube videos chronicling this project. Can't wait to see (and hear!) The finished product.

The app of the day write-up states “the App Store is packed with extraordinary musical instrument apps”. Who told them?

A really great app and wonderful that i have it on mac and iOS.
I just wish exporting/importing presets would be more easy to share them with others.

We are planning updates until the end of the year. We will probably survey users to define priorities. AUv3 is our 1st priority.

AUv3 puts this at the top of the iOS synth tree. Is there a rough time frame?
