My nightmares can't handle any more @JohnnyGoodyear memes
I bought Krft on 10 days ago at the higher price. I don't regret the timing and I'll explain why. I normally wait for sales for apps on my wanted list. This strategy has permitted me to acquire more apps at a lower price over the long run. I normally purchase iTunes cards when they are on sale. In other words sometimes I will add $100.00 worth of app buying power while only paying $80.00 in actual currency for it.
I bought Krft on the strength of Jacob Haq's videos (That is a testament to how good an influencer his videos are.) and on the rationale that I wanted the app there and then. It's a good app.
omg i love these peeps! great job.
also, what a beautiful app, just the kind of thing that will make people not feel intimidated by technology when they're venturing into making music, all the while having a lot to offer under the hood. I think you've gotten something right there, in terms of interface thinking, ie. "front" and "back" features, and how they interact & how that plays out depending on the user.
lastly, might be the first time i've witnessed an app having an easy-to-enter, actually functioning platform for sharing your creations with others. well done! and thanks for making it, i'll introduce this for sure when i do music workshops with young people.
Yeah, the ‚here and now‘
... and: what if the devs gave the app on sale in good intention as response to (yet another) forum ,price discussion‘ (which by definition will almost always go awry)?
Dang you all, I just spent $$$$.$$ on a new 12.9 512gb iPad pro and swore I would not buy any apps for a couple of months, but somehow while reading this thread KRFT just appeared on my new iPad SMH.
I have no problem with the apps price curve since it was released. iOS app devs have more than enough problems making enough money to survive and keep supporting their apps. Expecting an individual app dev or small app dev team to have perfect marketing is just too much. Its more important to me that the devs make enough money to continue to support and update their app than get the pricing perfect.
Roflmao!
KRFT devs should adjust the price of the app however they like, whenever they like until they find a good point. Nothing illegal or devious about it. Much ado about nothing.
+100
I made boughted the app.
KRFT: Nice at twice the price
It's a bit of a shambles but it's sad that software has become so undervalued that it becomes very difficult to make it worthwhile developing it. And from my experience to develop anything decent is a full time job, you are thinking and working on it all the time. The KRFT guys have put their heart and souls into this and I hope they get the success they deserve. I for one have no regrets paying £10 for it.

Yes. Let us remember that everyone here, by default, has bought an iPad.
Lots more than the max cost of KRFT.
Johnny, put your clothes on!
Does anyone know why I have a very bad lag when using KRFT on my iPad Air 2 on latest iOS version ?
I bought it yesterday with the price drop and currently it's almost unplayable on my side (lag, understand a double tap when I tap a single time sometimes, ...)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would prefer avoid asking for a refund...
Weird. Can you provide a video? Email me => [email protected]
It's working perfectly on my air2 iOS 10.3.2. Did you try a restart of your device ?
Talkin' about prices (and sorry for the off-topic) I thought was not allowed to sell any app cheaper than $0,99 (except for free):
The app in question recently Seemed to get quite a boost in exposure. This may be a reason for the drop in price. A heightened exposure to the more general app buying public along with a more 'coffee purchase' price is more likely to get the Dev more income than just higher price sales to us music types. At the end of the day, think of yourselves as early adopters.
As for the timing of the prior sale, it's pretty difficult to equate these things in iOS terms - the iOS market is so 'all over the place' that I tend to give iOS Devs more leeway in such circumstances
Turn off quantize
That's the new lowest price tier on iOS. It was introduced recently, mainly to compensate for the disappearance of a <€1 price tier in the Eurozone.
Oh lol. Didn't realise that quantise could be the culprit. He could speed up the quantize as well. 1/16th or 1/32nd would feel normal.
@ElGregoLoco it's not a bug. It's a feature. The live quantise is so that people with absolutely no sense of timing will still play notes in time. It can be turned off and it's timing can be speed up as I mentioned earlier.
Thanks for the explanation. € 1.09 and up prices hold me for some reason back to buy apps that I probably would have bought when they ended on .99. Especially before € 4.99 now € 5,49 etc. Probably jsut something psychological but I'm holding back more than ever at the moment.
Will try tonight (after a device restart to make sure)... Thanks so much guys, hope it will work cause the app seems interesting.
Let's talk about great support. I had a KRFT midi issue the other day and sent a bug report email. I received an almost immediate response with a solution...bada bing...done! Wow! Thanks @Alex fox
Great development, great support, progressive and fun app!
Keep doing what you do @Alex fox! We want to see KRFT succeed.
Like anything else if you don't think it's worth the price don't buy it.
If you do think it's worth it and buy it don't get all bent out of shape if others are lucky enough to get it even cheaper.
Exactly. Couldn't agree more.
Exactly... I always said here that this app was not worth more than 5 buck IMO... And therefore I waited until yesterday to buy it...
Never buy something if you think the price is too high for what it is.
But I also understand why some early buyers can be pissed here... It would be nice if the devs could clearly admit that they f+cked up concerning the pricing of the app at first and they they are sorry for that...
It works smoothly as standalone. iPad4, iOS 9.3.5
