@Retronyms hey, Taylor, what’s the word on the bundle, man?

I've had a word with my people at Apple and asked them to hold off for awhile as I'm rather enjoying being one of only a handful of people with dominion over this object currently. Maybe before the New Year....

Could you put it back to February? I need a bit more time to test BM3.

Fear not, I have made special arrangements with The Company should you try to buy iMPCPro2 before the Spring which will trigger the immediate emailing of a condensed receipt tallying your entire expenditure on music software over the past five years to your better half.

Snaps of blokes at the Christmas party with their secretary used to be enough at this time of the year. Happy days...

She sees all that anyway when she does the accounts, except this year when I’m doing them, the year I’ve spent bugger all (comparatively). Typical!

Had quite a nice time with BM3 tonight. The file system is weird though, so that’s next on the list to tackle.

My Air 2 is getting worryingly warm recently, I think I might need a new iPad sooner than I’d hoped...

  • The file system on Beatmaker is excellent, it supports folders and sub folders, and full compatibility with the IOS 11 files structure, not sure why you would consider that weird ?

  • Impc Pro 2 once again is great in theory but they are to close minded to understand that you need to depend on third party access and au and unboxing. Bm3 seen that from the beginning even tho there product still has a lot of streamlining to do but you can use everything. Retronyms talks big but does little. Great advertisers but poor products.

Beathawk is still my go to into GarageBand and bm3. Impc Pro 2 is gonna end take another L on this again.

  • As I've said in other iMPC threads, little we say here will have an impact. The iMPCs have been bestsellers in the music category for years. The main demographic are kids making beats in their bedroom. I'm pretty sure this iMPC will be a bestseller, too, and the strength of the MPC brand will carry it until they really screw it up, or something else blows it away.

It's still early days, but the reviews that are trickling in on the app store aren't very enthusiastic, either.

  • Did you hear it on the JP mpc video? It's awesome!

.....but something can’t be right surely !
I’m seeing the bundle priced at £26.99 or £23.99 for iMPC Pro 2 On it’s own . Pro 1 is shown as Downloaded .......so where’s my discount ? If this is so much trouble just to buy the thing I’m starting to wonder if it’s even worth the bother .

  • im still seeing 27.99us.

Im going to ask for the refund. I’d rather buy the pro packs by themselves and just use AudioCopy to drop them in other apps.

  • It’s giving me like a 7 dollar CAD discount for the bundle lol
Pretty sure I payed like 18 for impc pro1

  • edited December 2017

It’s showing $25 canadian for the pro and pro 2 bundle. I have iMPC Pro...so with tax it’s $28 plus...

  • It's calculating correctly for me. I paid $12.99 USD for v1.

  • I came to post that the iMPC Pro 2 bundle was available but you guys were way ahead of me

    here's the link!

  • I have impc pro and there is not a complete discount in pack for 2 i,paid 169 for v1 and the discount of v2 is only 116 :(

  • for those seeing incorrect prices, Apple is supposed to calculate the "complete my bundle" price based on what you've already paid for apps in the bundle (info).

If you're not seeing the correct price, make sure you're signed into the same app store account that you made the iMPC Pro 1 purchase with. Also sometimes it takes a little time for all of Apples servers to agree with each other. It was ~just approved within the last hour.

Anyone who continues to have trouble can also contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our very best to help.

  • Ok I’m confused. Regular price is $24.99. I paid $12.99 for V1 so shouldn't it Be $12 to upgrade?

Taylor explained it on the first page.

  • The bundle doesn’t subtract all of what you paid for iMPC pro1

For me it subtracts $7 when I paid $10 for iMPC Pro when checking my purchase history

So it’s 28 CAD before taxes for me

Probably pick this one up when it’s on sale... maybe

Hoping they get this version right tho as I’m a old school MPC head!

  • I'm not seeing The Diploma! sound pack in the AudioCopy store, as mentioned in the app store description. Anyone else?

Your right I don’t see but all of a sudden my AudioCopy store is freezing. Maybe they are updating

  • Wow playing with zoom when editing samples just crashes impc pro 2 constantly. Ipad air 1, last ios 10 update.

  • wow my bundle went up 3 bucks. I own pro 1, I know I paid something for it! They didn’t pay me to take it. Is this a joke wtf!

  • My bundle shows £18 - almost the correct £28 minus £8.99 paid for 1.

But some of the points raised here are very important, I feel and I can’t help but compare to BM3. BM3 file system, files integration, import workflow, AU fx support, automation, recent AU midi support etc. indicate that Intua want to help the user integrate and reduce friction in a wider iOS workflow.

As someone mentioned iMPC will sell well and is a different beast for a less integrated iOS market. Allso without wanting to Retronyms bash (I’m not trying to bash, rather be realistic) history indicates that there won’t be a huge focus on extending to improve functionality, integration, or bug squashing.

  • I own pro1 and complete my bundle is showing as £20 in the UK.
Looking at TC’s screenshot shouldn’t mine be £15?

  • Bundle price is higher than the app, so you don't get back exactly what you paid for impc pro 1. You loose the difference between the price of the bundle and the app, which in the U.K. Is £3.

  • Hi guys , can I ask how you download the packs from the content store, thanks in advance
