@Tarekith I agree that just 1:1 ports pf those DAWs wouldn't be very fun to use. They would have to come up with a new GUI made for touch devices. Propellerheads did a very good job with the Thor port, so that's the kind of redesign I'd be hoping for.
Reason on ipad would be AWESOME!
Mellotron
I will pay gold for a IK Sample-tron APP or something with more than 6 samples...
maybe an Ondes Martenot App will be a cool app and it will be perfect to be played combining touch screen and a midi controller.
I want more vintage synths (pre 1950s)
How about 16 mellotron sounds divided between 2 soundfont libraries that can be loaded into Bismark bs-16i?
Compared to a Clavia Nord Wave, a Digital Mellotron or Sampletron, every iPad tron app has a poor sound library (in terms of quantity), an app with 30 or more sounds will be great!
That was an offer, not a suggestion. I also have 9 chamberlin sounds in another soundfont, but if you're not interested...
@pualb, yes please!
@PaulB: I'm interested! I didn't realise you were making an offer. Thank you.
@PaulB Sorry, I think it was a suggestion, if it was an offer I buy bismark and accept your offer.
I install a mellotron XL app and don,t run...iOS 7 problem?
...in my iPad but It works in my iPhone
Vintage compressor sims like urei, fairchild..... for the bus fx slot.
i'd love to see some sort of official EHX2880 or Electrix Repeater.
or an iOS V-Station. or Sylenth!!
Korg M1...this is my favourite synth of all time, I had a real one years ago, and I have the VST with all the ROM packs, I don't use it much now because of the iPad but I will demo it soon I think, its a stunning and beautiful synth, and more than worth the £50 price tag...3000 plus sounds and the quality, the feel...I'll shut up now...
I think it would be awesome to have something like the Korg Karma on the IPad! That and an FX app that would do the wonderfully convoluted multi-FX that my old Art Multiverb could do!
A SoundFont editor so we can create our own sound fonts. It would be nice to include a tutorial with support for the app the would address the issues surrounding soundfont creation.
Electrix Repeater would be great!
Amp/effects emulator with send/return loop.
@funjunkie27 brilliant. JamUp needs both an IAA pedal and an audiobus pedal so you can insert stuff inside of it's chain.
Yeah...having both would be amazing.
Now that I've poked my head into this fascinating iOS music meeting-of-the-minds, I wonder why more classic music companies like Roland don't have anything app-wise available - they have such a innovative history behind them that they could capitalize on the content they've created - imagine a JV-1080 app!
There isn't much money in it compared to their normal activities.
I want NI Absynth on iOS!
Music Easel
@funjunkie27 and @syrupcore - and stereo signal handling on the input channel - as do all amp apps.
Also: CS-80, Jupiter 8, Prophet 5. Would love to see Arturia step up to that - after they fix the stuck MIDI note problem with iMini ;-)
Agreed on the stereo bit @MusicInclusive.
@Greg Check out Crystal Synth XT. IIRC It was the father of NI's Absynth, and designed by the same person. I really like it!

Agreed with your choices @supadom!
Also Roland Jx-3p, Jupiter8, and Yamaha CS-80. :-)
