Aftertouch control would be great - or even better, full MPE support. Such a great synth!
@analog_matt 'dotted note' options for the delay values would be much appreciated
I'm particularly fond of dotted 8th's(3/16).
Update 0.9.4 is approved. Should be available shortly.
FIXES: AudioBus, IAA, Ableton Link, Clicks & Pops, Makes it iPad 4 & 10.3 compatible and more. Thanks to @aure for his heroic efforts in fixing everything in record time!
Update is in IAA working fine now in Cubasis2, BM3, ApeMatrix, AUM. Had 1 frozen moment in AB3 beta but on reload all is fine so just a glitch. Presets are loading faster now.
Thanks for the update @AudioKitMan. Opened straight into AUM no worries...
If some of you are still having issues with noises after the 0.9.4 update, please try raising your buffer settings. The buffer control is in the "Settings" button above the pitch/mod wheel
There is some clicking due to the pcm sample loop points. A couple I have noticed are Eternal pad and GhostPad at E3. I appreciate how hard it is to get perfect loops
Really top notch work, @aure and @analog_matt. I am generally a little synth-weary but this one has caught my fancy and I've already used it in a couple of tracks I'm working on. Thanks for the quick update, too!
Thanks Mark, good ear! We'll revisit these samples for sure. Feel free to email me [email protected] or DM me if you find any other ones. 🙏
UPDATE: We are still working on noises, glitches, and pops. We will have a new update out Monday. Don't worry. We are committed to getting this working for everyone! 🙏
I tried raising buffer setting, still noise/crackles behind the oscillators.
Maybe that's the 'noise' discussed here in this long thread that is used to add 'character' to the D1 sound?
Yeah if it is let’s keep it. You should have a dirty sound in anything that’s trying to emulate these old digital synths.
As a reference for folks.
When it is working properly, the oscillators should sound like they do for Mitch here:

Well yes, at first this was the assumption. It is unclear if this is indeed the case now. If it is an effect for adding that dusty feel then fine but I need an option to either turn it off or a dedicated volume knob to blend the effect. I can’t use it in a project with the noise on all the time, it’s a nice effect sometimes but it will be an issue in the mix especially after compression and limiters.
Okay, I got and old iPad with iOS 10.3 and I can confirm that the next version works really smoothly on it. I'm sorry for this, I wish I could just push it all to you directly, but we have to wait for the AppStore update. Hopefully it isn't delayed by the weekend.
I have a iPad Pro on ios12
@[Deleted User] I'm more than willing to do a screen share / phone call with you if you still have problems after the next update. Let me know.
Cool, will do.
The built-in “noise leak” is little more than a filtered hiss / white noise. But you described what you’re hearing as “noise/crackles.” If there are crackles then I’d be inclined to think there is something else going on. Does it happen with both PCM as well as Synth OSC settings?
It’s the noise/hiss behind the synth OSC which also has a vinyl like crackle. It is not an unpleasant sound but I find it pretty loud and over time it become distracting to a mix, so if it can be turned off or a knob to blend the effect great. I will contact the dev as requested after next update.
I was put off by the hashy artifacts, when listening in headphones, but didn't want to complain, if it was part of the sound engine, on such an imaginative and inexpensive synthesizer. If it is an effect, I would love to be able to turn it off totally.
FM4, the ios FM synth, has an interesting 3 mode setting for artifacts, none/clean/modern, subtle, and obvious/grainy/vintage, which is cool. Being dirty is fun when it is a choice.
Thanks for the confirmation, yea I also find it difficult when to point these things out. I totally agree with you and great point about the FM4 solution if indeed this is the situation.
There's some with PCM Bass Tine as well.
Also not sure if bug or by design - when playing arp with keyboard 'hold' on, adjusting 'semitones' won't update until at least one key released or new key pressed.
Request for your consideration - having visual feedback of modulation is useful and maybe it's just me, but I usually have to go back and fine tune the 'target' after applying mod. Currently it's impossible to set to specific value. How about using only the blue ring for feedback (eg. NI Massive), so the 'target' stays at its centre position -> easier to adjust.
Is there a way to change banks via MIDI. I spent a little time sending bank changes (lsb and msb) followed by a program change. The program change selects the program from the manually selected bank. I couldn’t manage to change banks, though. It could be user error on my part.
Hey there, I believe I have the update you mentioned and still the same digital artifacts/hiss noise coming from the OSC, do you intend to give option to remove this or is it not possible? Please let me know and if not I just move on and get refund.
Trevor, could you please email me a screen video recording or audio recording of the sound issue you're experiencing? [email protected]
Additionally, Aure is willing to screenshare with you.
Thanks!
It should accept MSB. I'm going to label the banks so folks know what bank # to send. Will retest MSB as well. Thanks!

If you play Init Sine at a relatively loud volume you can hear the hiss. Personally I like this but I can see that some people would want an option to disable it.
When testing this I also found a clicking noise. If you play C4 it is not noticeable but holding down C3 there is a repetitive click after a while.
