  • And BOX, since now everyone has those 50 FREE GIGs! You did get your 50 free BOX gigs, right!?!?

  • I'm loving this app. Here are a couple quick things I've done so far.

    Thanks Korg!

Now, who wants to boogie? :-)

  • Korg Gadget straight in as No.1 in the App Store Music chart (at least in the UK).

  • In drum machine, I think London, there is a mixer section. Changing if gives no result. Like it is not connected

    Working fine on mine

  • yeah works for me too

My project has 10 tracks on iPad3.
I get several artifacts if I don't freeze. I'll play again with the mixer in the drum gadget (one per sound/drum part)

  • On mine the beat gets a bit 'drunk' when ram's at 97% which is kinda understandable.

  • This is my new favorite app! Truly amazing. It's got a bit of lag but the note entry makes it not such a big deal. This is the most fun I've had on my ipad in awhile. I use all the big names and this is def in my top three favorites if not my number one favorite.
    If your conflicted. Get it!

  • Just snooped around gadget with ifunbox. Looks like they're working on another module called Bristol. Bound to be some kind of rave machine.

  • No way of sticking in own samples though. All data saved in binary files.

Tokyo has a similar concept but is restricted by samples and lower tweakability. It would be good to have an electribe under the hood!

    Cool, thanks!

  • I find it interesting that the Amsterdam has a load of inputs on the front panel... SD/MCC/USB/AUX/Phones. Leads me to think that perhaps it will have some sort of importing of samples via various methods in the future. Would be sweet.

  • How in hell do I fade in or out the whole song? If I want scene 7 to be my last for example , how can I fade out the entire scene?

  • Automate the volumes.

  • I can only automate by track so far as I see not for the song. I know how automate each track already, I can not figure out how to fade the master volume yet.
Speaking of that, having every control able to be automated so damned easily is freaking awesome.... Well, every control except the master fader it seems.... Korg?? Korg>> where are you.. (just kidding, I know they will get around to fixing these things as they become known) hell , It has only been what, two days since the release..

  • I really want to get an Ipad Air now I can say for sure.. That is how much fun this app is...

  • Is anyone else having a hard time pushing the function button?

  • Only first thing in the morning :-)

  • All joking aside, no probs with the function button except I keep forgetting to drop down to the bottom there and toggle it off. Not really a problem just something to get used to.

  • @Tritonman2 yes, this runs really smooth on iPad Air. Kind of reminds me when Auria was launched and I went from iPad 1 to 4 just because if that app.

  • Had an idea for a song in 9/4 this morning. Dammit!

Apple should pay korg to develop such an awesomely powerful gadget app so we all buy the latest iPads as they come out! Just kidding.

How are you embedding this? I could not get mine to show up yesterday?

Looks like there's quite a few new gadgets coming too.
    *1984
    *Channelstrip
    *Fatline
    *Kansas
    *MasterLimiter
    *Monopoly
    *M01

I have a feeling that channels strip is not a device

  • A twenty minute overview mostly of each of the gadgets and also a bit on basic operation techniques.

  • 4 or 5 different drum gadgets programed with 4 or 5 different kits is going to make for one hell of an awesome tool for programing rhythm tracks to export into your DAW's.. even if your on an older ipad things like this I can see as being priceless...
