in aum set the clock out to mirack

  • finally figuring out some basics of modular 😏 loving mirack can’t wait for more modules and that auv3 treatment 😀🙋🏻‍♂️
nothing too complicated here but it is progress!

  • @reasOne epic bru!!! Wish you would CrossPost on twitter too haha

  • There is already a host Sync Patch on patchstorage. (Actually i just downloaded it and futher tinkered with it to sync to a “four on the floor” midi beat from my OP-Z over bluetooth. So basically it should be able to reasonably sync to anything sending a stable midi beat)

  • Yes, but it doesn’t work the way that reasOne posted.

didn't play with miRack for a while .. am i just blind and cannot see it or there is really not available standard LP/HP/BP filter with resonance and modulation inputs ? In "Filter/VCF" tag section is just few not much useable modules...

there are really no classic resonant filters ???

edit Aah ok, i have it, Stairway, it is just not tagged as filter :)

thank you brother! i’m learning, ways to go but this was a success imo... i’ve been slowly trying to learn just a few modules at a time. i know i’m terrible with twitter 😂 you really should jump on instagram man theres so many great people posting ios music. and this is all mirack other than the aum effects 🤩

i’m really hoping he adds more filters... the tags section isn’t perfect yet, not everything is tagged so there’s other vcas and mixers just gotta get em under the packs as you’ve figured out

i dont have a patch storage account but i might have to get one, i can walk you thru this one its quite simple..and you have to do some aum things... click on tempo to drop down the menu and under the ... dots change send midi clock to mirack input. under mirack midi devices choose virtual input. then on the midi 1 module in mirack double tap to open the menu and select clk 1 rate and i’ve been setting it at 16th but there’s other options and run that midi module to your clock

  • I agree that "exact" models of few big name filters would be quick and easy to work with, but this Stairway filter is one of the most flexible filters I have ever seen and can mimic many filters.

That’s what I was thinking, my mate’s well into eurorack, and uses loads of them in his stuff - in fact he just finally found the time to put an album on bandcamp...

  • anyone know if there’s a module like “MERGE” for mirack
“ Combines multiple monophonic cables into a polyphonic cable”

  • @Krupa nice! i’ll def give that a listen

  • @reasOne said:

There's no polyphony in miRack at the moment.

copy that, thank ya for the quick response

  • Uooo. XY pad + keyboard for drones.
After that and polyphony I can be in sonic heaven.

  • @mifki Have been playing in Drambo mostly of late but had a couple of hours with this update and it works really nicely.

    miRack as AUv3 is fantastic.

  • Would it be possible to test the beta. It would be cool to see how far I can go with the es-9 and eurorack.
