This is really useful. Awesome and thank you! This is in fact so good you can expect another tip from me😁
"5bpm ambient" should absolutely be a music making meme if it isn't yet
Nothing in that soundtrack that a bit of 5bpm ambient can't fix
Thanks @GeoTony, currently the app doesn't support going below 20 bpm or above 999 bpm
@Pxlhg, thanks for your support! 🙏

A new version of Piano Motifs (v4.24) is now available. What’s new in this version:
• Added 5th interval harmony as an option for the Melody Harmony setting.
• Enhanced chord progression generation algorithm for random motifs.
• Fixed issue with layout in Programmed Progression window where options scroll window wasn't resized correctly (AUv3 MIDI Plug-In only)
• Fixed issue where when using Start Delay the Time display was jumping for BPMs less than 60 BPM. (AUv3 MIDI Plug-In only)
If you are having fun using Piano Motifs, please consider leaving a review in the App Store, it helps a lot.
Enjoy!
I use this app as much as AUM. It is by far my favorite generator. When I need some inspiration, it is the first app I reach for. I have made hours of samples with this app and a handful of synths. Thank you so much @azul3D_Apps for this inspiring and creative tool. I really appreciate it!
Thanks @TurnItUp! Really happy you’re finding Piano Motifs useful for your musical creations.
The app that keeps on giving. It’s hard not to save almost every generation. Glad you added the 5th to the melody harmony, cheers @azul3D_Apps
Thanks @Poppadocrock 🙏. I appreciate your support since the early days of Piano Motifs.
Some Piano Motifs creations in different styles:
I second this 👍🏻
Thank you SO much @azul3D_Apps 🙏🏻
That new BPM multiple feature is wonderfully useful.
Great examples @azul3D_Apps , that first piano piece is a cracker 👌
Thanks for anther great update.
All apps should have this.
Echoing everyone else in saying this is truly an amazing app. It’s come so far! Great dev.
@Gratouilli @HotStrange Thanks so much 🙏!
So glad you're finding this feature useful.
It does allow for some interesting setups.
Thanks @GeoTony 🙏 . Yes, I was fond of that completely randomly generated motif when I first heard it. It works well adding dynamics and bpm variations.
A very short tune quickly created while on holiday in sunny Wales. Isn’t IPad music making great 😊
This one uses the new 5th interval and BPM multiple feature.
7 randomly generated (same key) motifs playing 11 instruments from BeatHawk, Scaler 2 and FRC.
Art by AI…
Definitely. It’s such a phenomenal app.
Yes, Fernando, such a great app that just keeps getting better, while you are and always have been an example of the affectionate and respectful rapport that can be built between a dev and his user base. 🔥 ♥
+1.
@azul3D_Apps
Loved clip 2 ‘ambient 2’
Was great
Loving this app for ages
Many thanks
The price with the extras was worth every penny
I start so many projects with this app
Thank you so much
Also when you do updates, I have to Google the odd thing, so my music learning is improving at the same time
Nice @GeoTony. Always great to see the ways in which new features are being used.
Thanks @Poppadocrock @Gavinski @Simon @Gdub !
I'm kicking myself for being late to the party on this app. I ignored it because when I first looked at it on release it didn't have midi out... Then I forgot about it.
Man, that was a mistake. This thing is awesome as you all know.
I've got some workflow question about how to use arrangements:
Am I doing something wrong, because this seems /really/ cumbersome... It seems that I should be able to just choose "edit" on a motif in the arrangement view to make some tweaks to say the arp type, etc...
A couple other little quality of life kinda things...
for these two, I'm referring to display on the main screen similar to how it's displayed when you play in arrange view... But Arrange view does not have loop option... So...
So I finally caved in and got Piano Motifs...
...the only question I have now is. Why did I wait so long?
There's enough control in there to put ones own touch to it and well, dropping the generated midi onto Logic, add a Drummer and well, things start cooking...
Now I just have to learn how to customize the Riffler guitar-thing which is due for a major update soon, or so I've heard
