Our cat, Alfie hates the heat, and normally sleeps on our bed during the day. So today the curtains have been drawn, window open, and a fan going to keep it nice and cool for him. What does he do? He's been in the garden, lying in the sun all day.

We have two Shih Tzu dogs. One of them is practically blind and always overheating and has some long term health issues. He's 12. What does he do when he goes outside? He looks directly at the hot orb like a doofus trump does in an eclipse and lies directly in the sun.

@ElliottGarage @Turntablist pre ordered. In stand alone are the swing percentages fixed Hoping not but still will see how it does. Also the mono button in sample edit - are there option to have left or right or mono mixed of a sample?

Mono is monophonic voices (1 at a time) not mono vs stereo.

I preordered, where EG goes I follow. For those that have got it, and already also VirSyn’s ReSlice, what does sEGments bring to the party? I saw multiouts, anything else?

Photon AU could do this too I think. You can't do detailed editing but it is definitely capable of recording several different loops into the pads of each instance. You can adjust the midi recording to start on a beat or a bar, and you can adjust the number of beats, start points etc. No state saving though, annoyingly.

Didn't notice anything like 'copy to another pad'. You can 'trim' samples in that you can adjust the start points and lengths of individual slices.

Is there a way to delete part of a loop? l'm recording into Segments but can't hit record and start playing at the same time.
Also, can't import downloaded user pack as it is greyed out.
Don't think u can delete, but you can easily change the start and end points. Weird about the downloads, better contact EG
What does this app do that all the other sample-playing apps don't?
🤔 I think each piece in here can be found in other apps but all of these pieces do not yet exist in one single app.
Well, one very very important thing is that you can actually play velocity sensitive slices when using an external keyboard. Bizarrely, Virsyn never implemented this despite repeated requests.
