@ElliottGarage I think I may have figured out the issue with sample import I'm having. When I import samples with different bit rates like 16 bit and 24 bit, the import seems to be fail. Slices aren't set correctly and at times Segments crashes after this. If all the samples use the same bit rate, all imported slices are mapped correctly. Replicated this issue on two different iPads.
@elliotgarage Since the update the gain function has ceased to function. When you move the start point you shorten the sample, but when you move back to the original startpoint again, the sample stays short, and can only regain its original length manually in the length function. Sometimes the screen is black and the sample only appears if you push the slice button.

Should you be able to adjust the sample start time for only one slice at a time with this?
I'm driving it with LK. Have a pattern going and the hits are landing correct. I only want to offset the start time of the hat, so I hit the hat pad, then move the start slider and the start time of all playing hits gets affected. The "all" UI elements isn't turned on either.
Today i recorded something in segments, but the volume is way to low. There is no option to normalize it, right? Is there a way to export the whole audio so i can load it in auditor?
Sorry, no, I don't think there is.
What I would do is record the sample playing back in AUM, then normalize that in Auditor and export back to sEGments.

I recently bought the "supersonic edition" of segments on my iPAD, but my iPhone is not showing that. Are these two separate purchases (do I need to buy it again for the iPhone?)
You definitely don't need to purchase anything again as long as both devices are on the same Apple account. But it's not clear to me what you're asking. Does sEGments not show up at all on the iPhone, or does the app show up, but the supersonic IAP not show as activated in the app?

Both are on the same account. I downloaded Segments on my iPAD, and it immediately appeared on my iPhone (as expected). But with the supersonic IAP it is different. I purchased it on my iPAD, but it is not showing on my iPhone. When I click on "click to restore purchase" on the iPhone, I see the full price of the supersonic IAP on screen. I stop there, as I do not want to purchase it again.
Thanks for the clarification. In cases like this, it looks like you have to re-purchase, and the process takes you all the way through the purchase process, only at the very end (after you've agreed to pay!) it tells you that you've already purchased and would you like to download for free.
Disclaimer: that has been my experience multiple times with other apps and IAPs, and every post that I've read has described the same. However, it is your money and there could be a very a remote chance that something else is going on. So ... proceed at your own risk.
@wim I agree with you, I thought of taking the risk, hoping the process would be as you described. At the same time, I barely use segments on my iPhone (barely = never), so not even sure if it makes sense for me to try it not knowing whether that money will be gone.

Click Restore Purchases. It will go through the motions of authorizing payment then tell you that it is free. I just checked on my phone.

Been thinking about using Segments as an extension of my Digitakt for OT-style slicing/stretching/etc. However, it seems that each slide is controlled independently via MIDI. Is there a way to get all the slices to have the same MIDI controls for parameters?
