Ooh, it’s just killer for sound design. One of my favourite synths. Really cool textures and envelopes. You have to try the free Pendulate and then picture it in poly.
That's sounds like a good deal if you need a compressor.
Have you downloaded and tried its little brother Pendulate? If not, that's the place to start for sure. If you like Pendulate, you'll love Generate. If you don't really vibe with Pendulate, odds are you probably won't with Generate either. They're very similar, Generate just has a lot more cooking under the hood. Pendulate is free (which still surprises me!)
Oh and unless you're making Country or folk music - I'd be very surprised if anyone regrets buying Generate. If you're into synthesis, I think it's safe to say you'll love it. I can't think of any spots where it's weak. The sound quality is amazing, it's visually very pleasing, it's quick to modulate, pretty intuitive and comes with strong onboard (Eventide) Fx. All that with a brand new form of synthesis that sounds different than anything else out there. The only possible knock I can think of is that its sound isn't going to fit in every genre. It can do just about anything but it excels when you turn up the heat IMO.
In other words... just get it. LOL Actually - just try Pendulate and go from there!

I liked Waverazor okay, thought it was fun, but wasn't in love with it by any stretch. This new offering is on a completely other level in my opinion. Both on ease of use and sound quality. They have a free 7 day demo with no time limits or white noise BS - full access). Then I thought the $129 was an intro price but looking now, maybe that's just what it will cost. Anyway, it's worth checking out the demo. Don't forget to turn the native language to Klingon or Viking. and play around with the UI colors! LOL
