Cubasis sale eh? Update inbound? I hope so, it's been a long time. If Steinberg could just add better song and note editing with lovely 'drag handles' like Logic I'd be happy to switch back.

If they implemented MIDI LEARN (with proper keyboard/MIDI controller support , i wouldn’t think twice of making Cubasis my DAW)

I don’t know how or why Zenbeats has such incredible midi support and it was an old DAW bought by Roland , (yet the auv3 doesn’t work)…opposite for Cubasis; amazing auv3 support and no working midi learn

If only they had a script for it like Logic did

    Hopefully they update it

They implemented MIDI LEARN a long time ago.

Don’t see it talked about much but it’s honestly a really cool app. Standalone only I believe but still tons of fun based on the free version (which is already super capable).

I think they added midi learn last year? I’d have to double check but I think that’s the case. My midi keyboard broke a few months back so I can’t test right now unfortunately.

Really cool apps I was obsessed with Soniface (not Sonic 😂) some year/s ago. Petty they seem to been pretty much abandoned.

I mean their MIDI learn needs to actually work with hardware controllers. I’ve yet to have any of them mappable to midi learn . If I am doing something wrong please let me know because I don’t have the success the guy in the video had at all

    Only ZB3 does it right

AUV3 MIDI LEARN….who needs it for transport controls lol
