Strange, it’s showing more like 30% off for me ($16.99 in the US).

@Poppadocrock you are faster than AppSliced from which I haven't received a notification and AppRaven app itself which also don't show discounts yet :)

In my case the current price of "Liftime" IAP is the equivalent of $19.99, which Is strange, because it is different than any other previous prices.

probably not the best thread to ask but have there been any good limiters been put on sale recently? I'm not good with app names but been chacking this thread a lot!

ddmf no limits2. Haven't got it but it's supposed to be good

It’s one of the only Black Friday purchases I’ve made and yes it’s excellent. Equal to Barricade in my testing so far.

    LumaFusion at a new low of $14.99 - https://apps.apple.com/app/id1062022008

Oh man this may be the most tempting one yet for me.

I got this back this back in September (full price) and it is worth every penny! I’ve completed our entire Christmas program as individual movies instead of just audio tracks. (Created audio tracks in Finale/Studio One, moved them to iPad with Audio Share, mastered them in Trinity and added them to the video with LumaFusion.) The project is certainly “audience worthy”.

Thanks! I have a couple ideas for some video/music projects I want to make and Lumafusion seems like the best on iOS. I’m sure Final Cut Pro is good but I don’t want to go the subscription route.

Great! Now also Soft, Funk or Rock drummer, please

    Vote here ;)

I voted, but from the current results it looks like there are a lot more hiphoppers among us than funky lovers

Hip hop was just on sale a few weeks ago too. Bring the funk!

I just bought it the other day so watch it go on sale now 🤦🏻‍♂️ 😂 oh well, it’s a great app so I’m not mad. Would love soft or jazz drummer going on sale though.

  • Oh man only $200 to upgrade to Pianoteq Pro and $100 to standard. I hope the sale continues until Tuesday so I can get paid lol

Also does anyone know, if you buy a pack from their website do you get codes to unlock it on iOS? I’m iOS only and the in App Store isn’t reflecting sale prices yet.

  • @ruggedsmooth said:
Well I bought the Pro upgrade for Pianoteq… I probably should of done more research lol

I thought you get 4 more instrument packs, but you just get 1 and higher quality sound option.
Probably should of just bought individual packs at the 30% off instead… oh well live and learn

You also get access to per note editing and a couple of other things I believe. But yes only 1 instrument pack per upgrade. I’m going the sale continues until I get paid next week so I can go Standard from Stage. What pack did you get? I’ll probably get the E-Pianos and maybe buy another piano set separately.

I used app Raven’s own description inside the app.

  • Music App IAPs in pictures. And Affinity 2 IAP sales.

EPianos is really good. I already have that one. I’ve been getting all the non piano instruments. I went with the Vibes pack this time. It’s always hard to choose.

Is the higher quality sound noticeable?

I have no idea I’m just half-assing around at this point with cheap ear buds, lol
Need to connect my monitors up

Definitely hard to choose. I use Just Piano for my pianos so I’m not as interested in those but the e pianos sound great. I have the Hohner and classical guitar packs now and they’re fantastic.

  • I agree with everyone on the electric pianos. They sound fantastic.

I think you do, yes. Also, you get a few extras with the stage or any other packages. I'm still on the fence for Pianoteq vs Keys cape or Native Instruments for Piano sounds...

  • 50% off Syntorial 2. Nov 24 thru 30.

  • when will drambo sale?

One of the best workstations on the platform.

How does it compare to audio evolution mobile studio?

I haven't tried NS2, since it doesn't have audio tracks (and it's more or less abandoned, so it's unlikely to ever get them).
AEMS is good, but the interface is... peculiar. I'm using it on Android since the custom USB audio driver it has as an IAP works much better with my OP-Z than anything else, but on the iPad I'd rather choose something with more conventional interface. Tastes differ though, you may find it simple and efficient.

  • Just realized last year’s ApeSoft November sale was on thanksgiving itself, not Black Friday. I might have taken it for granted that there WAS going to be one this year

  • @GUB said:
Oy, Gav: ApeMatrix audio can be sent to AUM via 2 audio busses; and audio+midi as an IAA instrument plugin, as seen in leftmost screen shot. (I think KQ loopback provides same, or similar, functionaliy.)

I haven't really dug into the midi porting, bc the Instrument plugin really taxes resources once it's loaded, while the the busses don't at all.

Also, AUM can act as the source, and port audio (not midi) to the Ape, as seen on the right.

    @GUB said:

Yep, I'll post a few screen shots in a bit....

Interesting. Could u add a few details about how you're using it? I just know that an app hosting auv3s can't be used inside another host so I'm curious to hear a bit more about what your setup is if you have time, cheers!

Ah thank you! Well worth exploring, cheers!

If the sale is still going next week I’ll probably get the standard upgrade. Being able to have layers and access to all the basic editing parameters is huge for me. I wouldn’t really use the “Pro” features.

I’m iOS only so I can’t make any helpful suggestions for your dilemma but I can wholeheartedly recommend Pianoteq lol

SonicLab sale! Fundamental 2 is down from $32.99 to $24.99. I’m really considering it. I own and love the first one but with it gone from the App Store I’m a bit worried about the future of the app.

The others are on sale too I believe but I can’t remember what they were beforehand. Anyone tried their Filter/Mod apps?

I’d hold out until tomorrow or Monday though. I’m sure a lot more will go sale for the actual Friday + cyber Monday.

  • Yonac sale!!! Magellan 2 and Galileo are $2.99

Im actually tempted with M2… but I have enough subtractive synths I think

I love those Yonac synths. Kaspar is a winner if it’s on sale as well.

Anyone know if Tonex IOS is having a Black Friday special? I wonder if the Tonex SE current price is the regular price at $59.99.

They have several sales during year and at least one of them is 'SE" sale where price is $39.
If you buy ToneX directly from IKM or resellers, you get a free iOS license. It should work the other way around too, but I don't know that for sure. Buying from IKM has the advantage that you can use their JamPoints and get the price even lower.,

Great, I finally purchased Tonestack Pro I have waited for.

Steel Guitar PRO is super cool for all sorts of scenarios, not just traditional slide guitar. Highly recommended at that price.

Should be noted that jam points don’t work for iOS (and maybe software in general). At least the last time I tried to use mine that was the case.

Yeah the Yonac synths are great but I could only recommend one it would be Trooper. I have the others but don’t use them very often. Trooper, I use all the time.

Steel Guitar Pro is amazing as well though kind of in a different territory.

  • Melodee Audio File Player is free usually $2.99 - doesn’t work on older devices.
