Really? Maybe it depends on where you live, I believe it’s an European law people have the right to refund an AppStore purchase. I live in the Netherlands and have done refunds without any trouble. Usually takes a day or 2 to get the money back.

In Australia, I rarely get refunds.

@Poppadocrock I always have a valid reason but their claim system doesn't allow me to enter that information and even when I do get the chance to explain the issues I am always, yes always told a blanket this app can't be refunded.

Yup. Had a case where a new app flat-out didn’t open. Was denied refund, I appealed with explanation, was denied again.

That’s probably the most valid reason possible that should have definitely been refunded.

I already have the other there apps in the bundle, and it generously offers me to complete the bundle (= buy twin3 only) for a mere 90 EUR 😎👍 life is fun at the App store!

This part of the calculation algorithm is pure crap.

  • I only asked for a refund once, when I bought Cubasis 3 when it was launched and it was buggy AF. I got the refund, yay. But… I ended up buying it again later after the updates

I laughed at my ‘bundle discount’ as well… only 3x the cost of the only app I don’t already have…

Does Drum Computer from Sugar Bytes ever go on sale?

Yep! I got it on sale a couple years ago. They usually do a half off sale once-twice a year.

Is it possible to record in real time or is it only step write?

Only 8 different drums in a kit?

    Cheers

No real time record as far as I know. If I’m using DC it’s usually because I wanna deep dive into some drum sounds so I’ve never tried it. But the randomization options are cool.

Thanks. Just realized I have it on my Ipad but haven't paid for the unlock. It is extremely good but at £29.99 I will pass until a sale.

I waited for a sale when I got mine as well. Having played it a lot, it’s definitely worth the money, but since they usually have a sale a couple times a year it’s a good idea to wait. I think they do a spring or summer sale if I’m not mistaken.

Me too but that’s because I already completed the creative fx bundle which is exactly the same but with out Twin 3.

Point is though, there should be a built-in check that stops the price at "zero discount". It's understandable to offer less discount if you bought three other items at a discount already, but an individual app should never be more expensive (let alone several times more expensive) in a bundle than in itself. Apple could easily do this, but they couldn't be arsed, because that would be actual customer care and I mean, come on.

It’s £75 quid for me, instead of £25. Three times more.

Stupid. They could put some code in to grey out the bundle option simply by comparing the proposed bundle price vs the single app price.

Basic stuff this. But basic store glitches seem to be getting more common, Amazon’s product search for example, has become almost unusable.

AU$119.99 instead of AU$38.99. So more than triple for me. Doesn't work like this on desktop thankfully.

Yep, bonkers why Apple don’t fix this. Doesn’t do much for customer confidence.

Loved this app but FYI it drains the battery just by being installed. Maybe they’ve updated it since.
