    A little something for you to read while waiting for Logic Pro. I bought myself a new pair of 3rd Gen AirPods via Affirm Loan on Amazon.     I realize mileage will vary depending on how sucky one’s timing is to begin with, but I am curious to know. Plus, anything to derail a logic thread. 👿

    I've found the BT latency to be near minimal with both Beats and AirPods. Far moreso than your run-of-the-mill Walmart/Asda BT headphones which have longer latency and poorer battery life. 🤣

    Still, wired headphones are best for live recording and live performance, although with Ambient it's negligible since live Ambient is sloooow. 🤣

    Latency on iOS for 2nd gen airpods pro is only 83 seconds. That's pretty incredible! (Edit: milliseconds not seconds!)

    The latency is so high that LP will be out when I will hear something from my BT headphone.

    Inside Logic you got as synth Alchemy very good one but far away of what you can create with some great synth like Hilda.

    I was never so creative with Moong or other synth Hilda have a unique power and easy to achieve what is painful with other synth . Model D is just to use presets and great sounds but so CPU intensive. Hilda run well even on my old IPad Air 2 iOS 15 and I don’t tell how is great on my IPad Air 4.

    A synth is also to consider from CPU and how you get pleasure . The wonderful sound you get it on Hilda.

    Yeah, that’d be a pretty hefty price increase for existing users, and cause a serious backlash.

    I could see them offering a package deal, say £75 for both, but still not enough discount to tempt me to go for a desktop subscription as well.

    Might be tough for people not earning money as a musician or sound engineer to scrape up the money, but have you seen how much it costs to rent Adobe’s software these days?

    Those of us who already work in music performance and production for a living. I certainly wouldn't cancel any of my live performance gigs for Logic Pro, but luckily Tuesday is an off day for me. 😎

    It's just an app. When you come home from work the app will still be there. It 'aint going anywhere...
