If you have spare money and love intensive sound design, don’t worry at all. Dagger is a unique synth, you will get unusual results and a plethora of new sounds, guaranteed.

I highly recommend. 2 different animals. I use both for different purposes

Yeah, I'm sure people would love it if this was a free extra you got when buying dagger, same as the way Hilda works as both an instrument and fx

Filters can be used for way more than just building a synth. I own lots of them because they can lead to some super interesting results on synths, drums, vocals, etc.

You could then create your own effect setup in dRambo and have that loaded in AUM or any host as an auv3…

Lack of automatable params is a clear downside if you don't use Drambo as host though.

Edit: my personal preference, since I use Drambo exclusively, is for these to be additional Analog Filter module models, mainly because of more flexible voice allocation. I'm just pointing out the downsides of Drambo synths and effects when using a different host.
