    Not this case. It has no 4 different oscillators, but one double oscillator section that gets duplicated behind the scenes.

    Cool! No problem. It sounds great, and more paraphonic synths on iOS is cool. There’s a lack of those and they haven’t a specific sound with the way the envelope works (assuming it’s actual paraphonic where the oscillators share 1 EG?)

    @HotStrange Yes, paraphonic in the sense of multiple oscillators sharing the same EG, filters and amp.

    It sounds great to me and the interface looks fantastically laid out practically.
    I also do not need another mono synth and will buy it ASAP.
    I love the sound of Zeons filters… im sure this new synth will be more convenient for certain sounds.

    Same here. Id happily pay an IAP to open up a FX plugin version for the filters with midi tracking.

    I've been a fan of BeepStreet's music apps since Sunrizer was called Horizon. I'm looking forward to the new synth.

    What you can do with its filters, including a more advanced LPF and a spiced up HPF, goes beyond of what's possible with Zeeon.
    It's a monophonic monster while Zeeon does a better job with smooth, layered pad sounds for example.
    Dagger's new paraphonic mode somewhat bridges the gap between the two 😊

    yes, that is what i hear in those demos.. this doesn’t sound to me like “another” monosynth, but like “THAT” mono(para)synth

    It may sound like blasphemy but in terms of quality this may be finally synth which swims in same waters like Diva.

    Happy that we have devs like BramBos or BleepStreet on iOS ! They create true gems.

    Can’t wait for making Dagger-only track :)

    It seems great to me!
    The nature of the oscillator and its controls kinda does away with Dozens of knobs on a typical synth… then you have the filter and amp controls… its a bit like the simplistic beauty of a Moog Werstakt or Mother 32.. that doesnt mean you cant get complex sounds out of it.
    I really do like Paraphonic synths too.

    Agreed. Often those “simple” synths just make it even easier to get those complex sounds out of it. I can get plenty weird with even just a Model D.

    I like paraphonic synths too. All oscillators sharing the same EG, Filter, etc gives it a unique sound all it’s own.

    I think I’m safe to say that we’re getting close.
    Dagger has seen some new features recently and the beta team is doing their best to make them rock solid now.

    It's still compatible with the old presets but I'm sure you'll love what it can do now 😊

    Unfortunately they are built-out :) I love using it with Audiothing Mantis or Eventide blackhole. This attitude is much better in this case imo.
