Ok ok - but still - I'm already in a tent near the app store beepstreet page, remember!
An eyecandy in the meanwhile![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Now you’re making me buy Mantis, except it’s 23€.
Dagger is instabuy no matter the price. Mantis I think I might wait (hope) for a sale
Cool! I spot a few things in the image that might need an update![;) ;)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Looking and sounding bloody awesome!
Get out of here!
Do you know how many delays and reverbs every individual from Audiobus forum has?! We really need every reason possible to justify all those investments. 😂
Beautiful UI, compliments! It screams ’tweak me, tweak me’!
Probably one of the most true things ever written on this forum.
🤣

Nice! Dagger is on par with Repro-1 and even better in some cases. One of the best digital mono synth ever created so far. Steiner Parker filter flavour is rare elsewhere.
If you ask me it is better as Diva. Same ballpark as Repro or Monark etc. If you like its specific flavour Dagger is even without competition for me. Beepstreet is just a master at what he does! Fact!!
Best digital mono synth, but I see a chord switch on there as well..
that image is pornographic![:o :o](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/open_mouth.png)
Agreed.
Oh and btw, I bet you'll like my saxophone patch ☺️
Hmm. Now I’m intrigued.
There is something in the envelopes which is special. So f> @rs2000 said:
I am sure.....i did myself some for Dagger as well. Indeed i also think Dagger has some of the fastest and most "juicy" envelopes.
I made my own MPE polyphonic version from Dagger some moons ago. Really nice.
So another reason why i do not care about mono synth or not since in modern digital days you can create your own polyphonic version MPE style if you want within most modern DAWs.
This thing is a beast, as expected
Yep - remember, Giku already mentioned here that it can be mono or paraphonic!
...and it wouldn't be Giku if paraphony was only about the two oscillators in paraphonic mode. 😊
A proper 'duo phony' mode could still be handy allowing 'playing the oscillator sync' (ie. first note sets the root note, and second note sets the frequency of the synced oscillator).
But yeah, this synths gonna be a blast and could potentially put the UNOSynth permanently in the box.
(BP/HP modes for the main filter and inverted envelope modulation for the filter and BOOM, no more UNOSynth for me).
Your Saxophone patch is really bonkers![:sunglasses: :sunglasses:](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/sunglasses.png)
Just so you know I have literary all of them, shameless with no need to justify😂😂😂
You are right, paraphonic is a new thing for me. Very curious, love the demos.
Another super short demo of Dagger's paraphonic mode:
My friend still doesn’t totally understand paraphonic. I mean he grasps that it’s a pair of oscillators pretending to be a foursome, while still going through the same filters, but he wonders if there’s more to it.
He likes the sound though 💪👏
How does the analog modeling in Dagger differ from that in Zeeon? I assume that it demands more processing power since it's mono/paraphonic. Also, what are the four filter models based on?
OK, that does it. Someone post a quick snippet of this sax patch or I’m gonna lose it.
Woah you have to wet the reed first
You can't lose what you never had (?)
"I'm losin' it!"
Did somebody say “saxophone patch”?
That’s what she said.
