  • I preordered a bit back…
Hopefully 8 and 16 bar mode will come later for those who need/want it, but I really haven’t tried it out…I don’t know if I will need that for my work or not yet. I can’t wait to try it all out :)

I’m in. Preordering now. Was really trying to not make any iOS purchases but this is looking like a perfect sequencer for outboard? I’ve used it all but I’m hoping this will keep me in iosland. Looking forward to Nodes.

I was really trying not to make any more iOS purchases either, but I haven’t made any ALL year, so it’s warranted 😂

    :o 7 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Guys, I’m torn…I REALLY want to buy EG Nodes; it’s clearly a brilliant piece of app design, and I SO MUCH want it to work for me. But I’ve tried using 4-bar apps before, and I always just end up frustrated 😂 What would you do in my place? Should I take a lesson from the past, or bet on the future being different?

  • After watching tutorial video I’m feel familiar with UI like I’m already been using EG Nodes. Only one thing still remains unclear, do scenes save auv3 params and automation?

You only live once. Live large! Take that huge plunge and risk the price of a Big Mac meal. Better to have lived and lost than to never have lived at all. 🤙

  • 4 bars? isn’t long forms made of 4 bars concatenated into larger constructions?

I mean most apps produce 4 bars of OK. What if it’s 4 bars of pure genius? I’m betting on 4 bars of better.

    Seems so..

  • The Save and Share Node Feature inside EG Nodes is definitely a stand out feature. Creating nodes you like for certain uses and different genres and the ability after to recall later or share is very clever.

From tomorrow I think we going to need a Node Repository for sharers. I’ve just started building some acoustic guitar design nodes.

    Great shout!

Wonder if patchstorage will add it?

  • Tomorrow?!? Unfortunately not in the beta, but looking fwd to the release (of course pre-o'd)

  • Do I understand correctly that no other midi generators can be used?

    3 party midi AU,s work a treat.

It would be a killer feature for a hardware guy like me if each of the pattern-scene on a node had it’s own program change number so we can switch programs to our external MIDI devices along with a pattern-scene change

the master scenes can be mapped them via MIDI learn

    .

  • Been playing with Acoustic options today to see what I could come up with !

  • Is anyone else finding that pressing the mixdown button crashes the app?

Super responsive dev as well. Preorder, you won’t be disappointed 👍

BUT WAIT, WHAT ABOUT THE FOUR BAR LIMIT! ;)

in my most humble opinion, still needs 8 and 16 bar options 😉

Yeah this pretty much shocked me too .. 8 is absolute basis, 16 would be perfect, wondering why there is just 4, doesn’t see any reason from UI point of view …

Other than that, very nice live performance groovebox, like it !!

  • Congratulations for the release

First question : I would like to use Fugue Machine and send midi channel 1 into Node 1, midi channel 2 into Node 2, etc. I don’t see a way to choose the channel on the internal midi routing system…
