I don’t have a setup with TestFlight at the moment, but I’ll see what I can do shortly.
The update has been approved and should be available now (version 1.2.3).
It seems stable from my tests. I made the MPE keyboard compatible with multi-touch in the process.

Hmm, I'm having no problems in AUM and Drambo which is what I use on the iPad. I'm on iOS 18.7.3
I'm on the fence about this app. How are you all enjoying it so far?

Lets say I have hardware synth, connect it to Entonal studio in AUM and what next? If I play by midi keyboard will it generate atonal/microtonal sounds from synth?

You should all buy it, so the developer can continue to support it.
What can I say, it's the microtonal app to have. There is nothing comparable.
Wilsonic is cool, too, but this one can act not only as an editor for your own tunings but as a translator for mono synths or MPE ready synths, hardware or Software. OR you have a synth that can read Scala files
Hardware needs USB, though. But I haven't tried using a Hardware MPE synth with it, yet.
It's an amazing app, nothing else like it on IOS,
BUT It crashes as an AUV3 in every app I have tried, it was supposedly updated, but no better for me.
It works with MPE compatible synths, it requires polyphonic pitch bend to work properly. Other than that, in mono or a separate instance for each note of polyphony.
In standalone, you can add your MPE synth too it and play it inside a window within the app, but good luck getting the sound to your DAW from there unless you have multi in/out mixer.
It would be nice if the AUV3 was really fixed

Crashes in everything I've tried so far except standalone. Especially if I try to type something or change value

Hi all. I’ve had a really hard time reproducing the crashes. Testing in Logic and AUM. I fixed something that looked like the potential cause of a crash. But obviously this didn't work: If anyone has a clear reproducible path to get it to crash please write here or PM me.
so far no crashes for me with Drambo, AUM and EG Nodes
@Optahealth when does it crash? Just immediately, when you open it?
I use an iPad Pro 4th gen (M2) with iOS 18.7.3
to the topic of crashing in loopypro... I had a lot of crashes also... then I've read somewhere else that crashes for another app were solved by restarting the ipad... I did that and I also tried it before in AUM... so I cannot say what of those two things fixed it... but so far it looks very stable :-)

just for the search function here in the forum... all related topics should be solved with this app without any latency issues
while I was under the impression that entonal will not work for me because of the constant crashing... I was desperatly searching for a simple pitch shifter...which would have been the only method for me to get a synth without pitch tuning or scale-function from 440Hz to 432Hz
but this is now solved as stated above

Entonal never crashed on my iPad, but it’s winter time where I am in the studio. The iPad is off most of the time, or it is used for controller/sequencer tasks.
Is it stable with AUM?
if I understand it correct it has not to do with the host but more with some internal settings in some presets .. but I am not 100% sure

So far crashes in every app I have tried, Zenbeats, Logic, Loopy
Most of the time its a "Flash Crash" A quick flash on the screen and then comes back up, but always back to the state it started in, all changes lost.
Crashes most often when trying to use the keyboard to change a value or SAVE a patch.
Sometimes it works for a long time without crashing, but once it starts....
it definetly needs some more love from the developer

I’ve not been able to reproduce the crashes here, in AUM or Logic. If I can get just one crash log that would probably help me to fix it.
with my problem(s) it seems to be obvious by now that it is all user-related error... that happens when a dummie is trying to do pro stuff

The latest version up on TestFlight should now provide me with proper crash reports. I’ve addressed a long standing issue where the debug symbols were not being generated. If anyone here can try it out and reproduce the crash I should now be able to see exactly where it’s crashing which will give me a good chance of fixing it!
the new testflight version does not show up as auv3 (tested in aum). already did a restart.
Thanks for notifying - I fixed the issue and the latest [1.2.5 (5)] should now install the AUv3 as expected.
