I went for a bit of a walk yesterday on the fells, ended up being out for four and a half hours, wading through drifts and practically climbing the steep bits as it was either powdery and you fell through, or frozen so hard you couldn’t walk on it. beautiful though…

Cheers, a few days of this in the dark winters up here make it a little more bearable, cold though, my trouser legs were actually frozen solid below the knee from the snow I picked up when I got home😅
