Here's the Shortcut that I use for posting photos. The Shortcuts app is kind of weird to learn but worth the time.
Thanks! Mine is even less complicated
My shortcut simply reduces by 50%, converts to jpeg and saves to a gallery called resized images (so that I can easily tell which ones have been resized vs having to check info on each before upload).
Ah ha that works a treat, nice one, mine would just run but not save the images into the folder, whereas this doesn’t even generate more copies, nice one @wim
Nice!
Cheers @skiphunt i wasn’t sure if this crop told the story better or not. I see this one regularly, always hoping I’ll catch him as he makes a catch one day!
I like this composition better actually
Me too I think, was the one I took after thinking for a moment, though it would have been nice to get both steps of the with weir in, the iPhone only zooms from 1x to 5x in this app though…
So many fantastic new shots! I love them all, 🤩 this thread gives me inspiration every time. Happy holidays, everyone! 🥂🎉
There’s several spaces I want to go back and try these type of photos. I made a list in my head, but it’s hard to compete with you guys.
Not that I’m trying to compete, it’s just this app made me realize I can take pictures much more inline with what I envision in my head.
Thanks @brambos
Happy new year
I really wish there was a “take all at once” option like it has been requested before
Don’t want to nag but it would be so nice
For instance I’ll never know how my picture would look in color
I would like this too, though would be happy for up to, say, three film types to be taken at the same time. Maybe 'unprocessed' could one of those options too.
..
oops
The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada. America.
This is a completely digital rendering of a skylight.
Yeah!, I live by a effing graveyard, most of the time the growth from trees and bush hides it well but, not now. Looks like a fucking bomb landed.. (or is that wishful thinking?). Inspiring as hell. 😆
Plus 1 for unprocessed at least. That could work for me. I mean the app is taking an unprocessed photo and then applying its magic. Maybe there could be an option to store the unprocessed version as well (with the panorama applied, though)
That’s already in the options…
Really?? Where? I must be real dumb, the app is pretty dummy proof, I feel embarrassed if I missed some obvious feature
Edit: nevermind I missed the update 🤦♂️
Thanks bud
It should be retroactive though!!
Just kidding 😂 love this app and already spread the word among my photography loving friends
Lovely! I have some scapes I could compete you for, but they’re all > 1hour away. You’ll be hearing from me, though. When you least expect…………………….
It's probably pretty obvious by now - I don't get out much... 🤣🌭🤣

After resize I tested the three auto functions in Photoshop and I didn't notice a difference.
This app is so fun! Thanks @brambos

I’ve tried those super tall photos but it’s complicated to have the phone near the ground and then press the shutter. How do yo do it? Were you lying down on the floor? 😂
