The safe iOS 18 is coming to the WiFi near you in 2025
I used Google Maps in the car today, and in 3 occasions the Apps was lagging behind or even hanging, so that I missed my exit two times.
It was raining slightly, but I cannot remember to have had that before - iPadOS 18 could have it's part in this.
Confirmation on my way back!
Several lags or outright hangs of Google Maps, even as it did not rain anymore and the sky was less cloudy.
HAS ANYONE TRIED iPhone mirroring?
Like with Cubasis 3?
Can anyone see if the interface is plugged into the USB c port , can Cubasis still use the interface running remotely on the desktop ?
It was going really well, then I bought a bunch of new apps and it’s being a bit naughty with logic. 🥺
Started making a track with @brambos fluss. Firstly I absolutely freakin love that app. It’s so easy to come up with something usable. Anyway, next time I loaded up logic…apps not available.
One shot I have a different issue. Some tracks revert to default, some don’t. 🥺
I am inclined to think it’s lack of free space. Once I start dipping towards 15Gb of space I start running into weird problems.
Not sure about the iPhone but that's how I have it configured on an iPad pro M1 and it works. Haq Attaq has a very helpful video on this topic. If I remember correctly he had issues with certain USB c hubs until he found the"right one". Luckily my USB c hub has been very reliable with mirroring and connecting the audio interface at the same time
I took the iPad OS 18 plunge today since it's had some version updates at this point to address a few bugs.
The project I was working on in CB 3.6.6 right before I updated the OS opened with an error after the update...
" VHS Synth plug-in is missing from this device".
VHS Synth is definitely installed and not missing. It opens without an issue as a stand-alone app but will not open as an AUV3 in Cubasis unless I reload it within the project at which point all AUV3 settings are lost.
AWESOME
Thank you
I will update now
Now I can use Cubasis on my Mac m1 !!
