    No, you’re right cubasis does this but I think of that as more of a daw with its structure as opposed to drambo/AUM are more “playgrounds” I guess

    @Slush the drum synths that come with Drambo are pretty powerful. Modern kick, FM hats, Metal snare are among my favourites. You can build your own drum machine by loading them into tracks and using the step view. And that project can be loaded as an AU.

    @Squishy automation plus p-locks is a playground!

    @ecou I assume you like beepstreet synths, Drambo is more powerful and flexible than all of them combined - especially if you grab the wavetable IAP.

    the envelopes in drambo are not the quickest.

    For some reason I thought you were into Drambo already, but happy to see you curious now though!

    Idk if you tried searching Techno in Patchstorage but it brought up some interesting patches - I really enjoy those techno cuts you’ve dropped on Bandcamp.

    Thank you for the nice comment about my music. It’sSynthwave, at least that’s what I aim for. lol

    if you have a drum machine you favor but doesn’t have a robust sequencer, or in OneShots case, no sequencer, playing there’s nothing from stopping you using this and setting tracks to MIDI out and point it to whatever in AUM, even ApeMatrix. Really deep possibilities with this one.

    To sequence One Shot I use Helium since it as midi file browsing. I bought some midi beats from https://ugritone.com/products/almighty-midi-pack-midi-collection. When they were on sale.

    If you’re interested by my workflow here’s a video I made a couple months back to show @yellow_eyez my work flow.

    This patch is just obligatory to share, be warned, it’s far too deep to really grasp but it’s worth it to just open it, press play. Probably the most intricate patch I’ve seen on there.

    And can’t be without mention that @rs2000 link , @timfromtheborder link , and of course @tyslothrop1 link are some of the most creative patch makers I’ve seen and I look forward to their drops whenever I get a notification for them on email from Patchstorage.

    Seems reasonable to me. I like a bargain as much as, maybe more than most. But everything gets more expensive, often fluctuating through a single year, makes sense that an app should. Maybe, I don't know, makes sense to me anyway.
