Paging @elf_audio @brambos . Skulptur is somehow only available as instrument, not as effect. I don't know if this is a bug or intended, just wanted to let you know!
Interesting, not sure if that’s an issue on my end. Skulptur is correctly labelled as a regular audio effect -not music effect- in the AUv3 headers. So there isn’t more I can change about that.
Possibly Koala doesn’t correctly handle plug-ins with multiple simultaneous types (Skulptur identifies both as an instrument and as an effect in the same header).

I think you've nailed it there. Loopy Pro is another example of an app with both instrument and FX versions that doesn't show as an FX.
... and Koala itself too.
Loopy Pro shows up as an effect now as does Koala.

Wait. I can't find it. Koala is updated as far as I can tell, but I don't see Loopy Pro in the FX list.
