You'd need to check with an iPad 4 user but the last update rendered it unusable for me when I was on my iPad 2.
I'm not sure what the sale price is but if you like a bit of experimental space music then you'll enjoy playing with it. I don't regret buying it, I just don't use it much that's all.

Bah - anyone have MIDI start/stop working for them? Doesn't work with Ableton 9 for me.
It is no more a "gigi gaga" app in my view, 8 band eq & reverb, HP and LP filters add dramatical dimensional differences for me! I begin like it and want to play lots more from SoundScaper now!
