I tried connecting my workstation as a midi controller. Controller knobs i the app went crazy and started moving around at random (most of the time they woulden't). I tried moving any controllers on/connected to the workstaion, that could potentially cause cc messages, but non of them had any effect. Strange..
I had started Cubasis prior to lauching the synth, to get lower latency (still unable to locate the latency setting for the synth). I'm on ipad air2 with ios 8.3.

Ok, i'm a bit late to the party but......
ipad 2 ios 7.1.2
Got Synthmaster player with 100 presets from the app store
Registered to get the extra 100 presets and be able to get the pro upgrade w/800 presets
The second 100 presets downloaded with no issues
I tap on buy for the pro upgrade and Synthmaster closes itself
I reopen the app and my second 100 presets are now no longer in the preset menu....gone
I can't re-register, as i'm already registered. grrrr....
I close the app and open it again....still no presets....
I try to buy the pro upgrade and the app closes again.....grrrr
Then on 3 separate attempts i.....
Delete the app/download the app/reregister/get the 100 presets...
Try to buy the pro upgrade/app closes itself/presets are now gone again.
Have contacted the dev.
Anyone with any thoughts.

I remember I replied back to you today via email: We're still waiting for Apple's approval of our latest update, which hopefuly should fix the crash on iOS 7.x

Having problem with audiobus ! It won't connect with GarageBand and doesn't work well with other music apps ! Also why is recording blocked ?
Let me ask a question.
After getting the $5.99 upgrade. I have a bunch of presets.
What are all the library/preset packs to the left? Are they where the content to the presets I got are from? Or are they meant to be an IAP?
The menu options are kinds of unclear.
I get a large screech occasionally when switching presets. It is pretty loud, kind of dangerously loud in the right instance. Any thoughts??
I believe these are at the cleaners (Apple) and will be packs individually available for further purchase upon their release from purgatory etc.
That is what I suspected.
I may have waited and did a soft release on this once more of the issues were worked out.

The IAP's are available already - I have bought several as I am addicted to the sound of Synthmaster

@Trueyorky A fiver a pop isn't so cheap. Any recommendations/suggestions?
Alchemy had 5 dollar packs also. There are also a couple of larger packs that go from seven to 10 bucks they have between 100 and 150 presets however.
Historic Synth Giants Vol. 4 has some very nice Isao Tomita emulations (love the Tomita Lip Whistle) as well as Wendy Carlos emulations. The Sounds Of The World is good as is Art Rock Basics and HSG Vol. 2. All of the Nori Ubukata packs are well done (including the ones I mentioned here).
Mine's full of trance, dub, techno...some will hate it. I love it.

Thanks chaps. Funny aint it? Timing is so key to the dev. business model. I love this app, but got iM1 shortly thereafter and have spent little time with Synthmaster ever since. I have no doubt if the Korg hadn't dropped I would have bought three or four packs by now...

App Store is still showing v1.0 with no record of update.
I still have the issues of missing 100 presets after registration and error on pack purchase. I've left if for 4 weeks, thinking Id come back and find the promised update, what did I miss?
Can you please check again? Apple uses quite alot of servers and it takes some time for each of them to sync. In the app store i see that it has already updated.
