  • You could always note down all the settings from one version, and then set them all up on the other version.  The way we used to do...

Lol. I don't think Rim is looking at vacation for a bit. He was posting last night. This is a big time for him, and he's squashing bugs and answering a million questions. The good thing is, he's finding the issues with everyone's help, and getting them fixed.
  • Thanks. That's a shame. I guess we can still swap Auria Twin2 presets with each other though.

Once I've made a bunch of them I'd be up for that.

It was Fabfilters decision to make at least a little money from iAPs.Unless you already have a lot of own presets on your desktop i think it's a fair deal. The additional presets are really not that expensive and VERY well worth the money!

i was a little bit disappointed about the stock presets until  saw the extra packs and i found so many great sounds in there,i even don't know where to start now :)
  • I picked up the Ambient and like them...
  • I don't have the desktop version. I just want access to more presets.

The ambient one is great. You're right. Lots of nice starting places in there.

  • Rim has always been very responsive to his users, if you check WaveMachine Labs forum you would see that he try to respond to every suggestion, comments or support .
I don't know how he does it by himself , Good Job RIM.
    Other developers should take note.
  • Not sure if you'll pick this up Rim? Can you tell me how I record the midi from my Prophet 08, without recording all of the audio tracks I'm monitoring from AudioBus? I simply want the midi data without having to record, then delete several tracks of audio. Thanks.

  • Go to settings>general>audiobus live monitoring ON.
Now if you disable record on your tracks(but for the midi in one of Course) you should still be able to listen through without recording any audio

If you're recording MIDI there's really no reason to use Audiobus, just create a MIDI track, record-enable it and make sure that the input is from your instrument.

  • Or how about simply making sure that the tracks you don't want to record to are not RecEnabled? ;)

There are, and at least one of the free packs you can download for Lyra is drums.
    Cheers for that info.

Is there a list somewhere of what is included in the sampler's library ? (I couldn't find it)

The reason why I ask, is that I'm interested in Auria Pro as an 'all in' DAW - so I presumed there must be a 'drum section' of sorts included.
  •  Will try later if I get the chance.

I'm interested in the answer too!

I sent a couple crash reports RIM...

Thanks.  When did you send them?

Thanks.  When did you send them?  Did you put any identifying text in the report, like your name?  This helps me find the actual report.
