Didn't think of it that far... Nice..
phew.... I prefer no animations and no jiggling gui's :-)
@Samu Happy birthday, my birthday is also 8th March!!
Yeah, @winconway likes them off too. I suspect many people are in the same boat.
Are ATOMs so small, that you cannot see them?
Up close atoms are blurry little things with electrons whizzing about in wild patterns of possibilities. Aptly named app eh.
@blueveek Hope the last min preps before Apple submit is going along swimmingly. My Launchpad is waiting on Liftoff (pardon the pun) for Atom 2 clearing the Apple Tower!
So, one needs a microscope to see it.. we can’t see it with the naked eye..
Imagine if this were live by Friday....
We’re almost there...
Your patience will soon be rewarded.
Considerably.
It’s so funny how excited we all are by a piano roll, but I’m right there with you! 😂
Me too. Drambo was a quantum leap forward, then we had DrumComputer, now Loopy Pro and Atom 2 are about to drop. Forgive me if I've missed some...
The capabilities of iOS music apps seem massively larger than 12 months ago, and expectations and anticipation seem to have risen accordingly. I still struggle to comprehend that these tools are so cheap vs similar desktop apps
That sound like it has not been released to Apple yet which I thought already happened, days ago?
I demand an investigation!
Glad you saw the funny side
I’m looking forward to this as well.
Crazy isn’t it! I think this year will see things really start to change for the platform. Lots of people are making videos showing all of this amazing new stuff which is the best way to bring new folk to the platform. Prices are gradually rising for the more serious apps (rightfully so). I can see a point where apps finally become more financially viable in the not too distant future.
Then we get ableton and logic probably!
I meant "we're almost there" In a collective sense.
I'm scared to type anything in this thread for fear it will be misconstrued.
Now all go make yourselves a coffee and chill out.
Ha Ha I done just that !

Atom 2 is under review.
Check out these incredible slides brought to you by none other than @tk32.
Oh my...
Very cool
Stunning work @tk32 👌
This is going to change iOS music making! Amazing.
Hooray. It looks amazing.
Brilliant, what time is it in Cupertino. Do we need to wake them up?
Nice work on the graphics @tk32, looks pro!
Is the magic clipboard compatible with other DAWs then or am I reading that incorrectly? For example, can I copy/paste MIDI between Xequence 2 and Atom 2? I would have thought each DAW has its own clipboard format (shame there is no standard, if so) so maybe this is not possible but I have often wished for the ability to copy MIDI from one DAW and paste it into another.
Perhaps for modular heads that like the modular mayhem. But I wouldn't bet on it making a splash in the grand scheme of things. My feeling is that most people prefer their classic DAWs
However, I truly appreciate the sentiment, it means a lot!
Blown away what a professional tool this is going to be. Thanks @blueveek and all involved in development and beta testing.
