No! Ignore the requests! Release the Kraken! Release it now!

Trust me, it still needs a bit of 'ironing & polish' but it's getting there for sure!

No its rock solid, maybe do a wee demo. Its def not the same as an mpc but thats what a controller is for.

@mathieugarcia any chance we'll sample cycling on the drum machine? I know you've said there will be mutiple samples per pad..(i think?)

We have plans to add more features to the sampling engine, for even more advanced instrument programmation.

what's the eta of these plans being implemented?

@mathieugarcia Can BM3 accommodate polyrhythms/different length scenes per part?
I found this a shortfall of iMaschine 1&2 unless I'm doing something wrong there.
    :p

Each pattern has its own length, in bars, but that would not be enough for polyrhythms.
We're getting a lot of requests for this, so let's see...!

    Cheers !
    Mathieu.

please add my request to the rest. In this whole thread your post about this and about more sampling features are the most important post imho..... for some reason on the iOS platform there is a trend of samplers and sequencers not having much priority focus on sampling and sequencing features and I know allot of people are really hoping that BM3 bucks this trend!!!

  • @mathieugarcia when it first came out I was really sceptical but now the price has came down a bit it makes perfect sense, the size is ideal and a joy to use which makes insiparation come that little bit easier

Samu - could you push for 'lock to scale' (both keyboard and piano roll).

I think a lot of people who don't know their scales find this extremely useful!

(Does it have anything like this currently?)

I think the MPC live has the iPad Pro (which I have ) beat but what with the advent of the new Gadget and rhe coming Cubans update, the upcoming BM 3 and Beathawk 2.0 , I'd say @Jose_Bee made the right choice. As of 2017 iPad Pro will surpass it IMO. Remember, "Live " has no actual synths , only sample data .

    Hmm don't think so.
