Do we know if he has a dog?
No dog.
My cat frequently gives me a sleeping ovation.
I can add some new new presets in the update if you provide some reference sounds![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thanks Alex, I'll have a listen and see what I can find!
Don't take it as a criticism though, I love the app - great fun and innovative design!
agreed!
Having so much fun with audio loops!
Anyone know max loop length?

Still working on it boss!
I take it you are a beta tester?
IAA working nicely too!
beta?
yep! Impressed with how fast these guys work and how they listen to their users...
Really impressive work by the developers!
yeah - this seems to be getting the love and updates that Blocs did when it first came along - hopefully that remains true.
I already bought this app and love it, but joined the beta too. This app has earmarks of a new iOS music app "must-have classic" I think.
Cool, looking forward to trying it.
The developers are following a similar "listen and iterate" approach. The two apps are different beasts, though--KRFT represents a whole different "built for touchscreen" performance UX than I've seen elsewhere. It's headed in the direction of "how would Ableton approach the problems that Live solves with a touchscreen?" (at least the session view). How far they get toward convincingly solving those problems is still to be seen but the foundation of this app is well conceived and they're making quick progress on the current gaps...
Not sure how it will play with other apps, but every time I pop this open, I am inspired. There's a beautiful future with sample import coming....
Imagine with midi out? Oh man!
MIDI out would blow this so wide open... and address some of my nitpicks about not finding the sounds I want quickly enough.
It's also rock solid.
In many hours use over the last week (it's quite additive) it not crashed once.
It's a very well designed app I think. Definitely a classic already.
i discovered a little something in KRFT recently. lets say you have a bunch of "hold only" fills or whatever. But you want to make sure they sound good together so you'd like to tweak them while they all play, BUT how do you tweak them without changing them to trigger so they can all play? Well if you press the edit button or the mixer while you are holding them, that will pop up and they will continue to play without holding while you edit. ONE PROBLEM THOUGH: sometimes the fills have a habit of mysteriously disappearing from the screen when you do this, even though you will still hear them. This makes them impossible to work with further. The only fix is to load the last saved version of the surface. Hopefully you saved at a decent point.
Hm that thing where they disappear is a bug I've been meaning to fix. Also thinking of adding a "play" option in the edit menu so you could do the exact thing you're saying !
@Alex fox both would be great!
I've been using the beta too very recently and out of 3 things I've reported, they fixed all of them pretty fast. This app is somewhat the same concept like the old jungulator so it's definitely not a one off thIng and then they disappear or so. Sure some stuff might slow down at one point but it's normal. However this seems to be a definite labor of love and something they've been working on for a longtime. To me, Everything is well though of implementation wise so far.
