Built in sampler? As in Sampling from IAA output? Take my money.
Careful with sample imports! I just imported a wav file from AudioShare. KRFT crashed. I can no longer open KRFT. It crashes every time after the loading screen. Restarted iPhone. No dice. I had several song ideas started - hoping I could save them out via iTunes but couldn't. So I guess I have to delete KRFT and reinstall. Bummer. @w3epy ?
Don't delete yet wait for the dev he might know a better way.
Do you recall what wav might be the culprit?
I went ahead and reinstalled. Now it seems I can no longer import ANY wav file in my AudioShare folders. Tried several different ones..
Since getting KRFT I have been doing a lot of ipad backups. Would hate to lose this surface I am noodeling.
A restart fixed the issue of not having any wave import. Now I notice slight crackling on synths playing that I didn't notice before with this update. Only had 1 drum and 1 synth playing and was getting crackles.
Opened a project earlier and it suddenly sounded as though the distortion effect was on everything (it wasn't). Rebooted/restarted and it was fine. In fact it was lovely so I'm glad it was saved etc. I'm not doing much more with this so far than working with the piano roll, no bells, no whistles; it's good.

Man o man I really want to be able to adjust the loop start and end so I can capture and loop the best part of any note input performance.
Also an arpeggiater would be dope.
This app is worth as much as any more expensive ios app in my opinion.
It would be awesome if you could set an oscillation range and speed for automatic dial rotation per dial. You could toggle it on and off by double tapping the dial.
I would also like pudding.

I have the same problem. All my attempts to import a sample from AS say error, try again.
It happened after I deleted an updated version of KRFT.....because of latency problem.
I'm going to delete/reinstall again. Most of my samples are 16bit 44.1. Some are 24bit.
All .wav stereo or mono.
We've noticed that in the current version all samples must be .wav not .WAV, will be fixed in next update.
When you say it crashed what happened? Did it go back to your home (ios) screen or become un responsive? Also when you tried to open it again did it hang on the K loading animation or again just go back to your home (ios) screen?

So, yes KRFT is pretty bloody good, should've listened I know but this forum always has some crowd going gaga over every app that comes along.
Anyway, if you're not sure what this is, it's quite a lot like ableton live. Or at least the clip triggering aspect of it, only you get to place the triggers anywhere on screen and there are dials for filters and things and morph buttons that can temporarily change a setting. Sound quality is very good. In built synths sound nice but you only get control of a few parameters. Time stretching works ok but can get grainy, at least it works. Overall very happy with purchase.
No samples would import from Audioshare until I did a restart.
@Alex fox there seems to be a bug or two around master tempo. Assigning a morph button between two tempi only works for one go then both values become the same. Can't seem to make any sense of it. Morph buttons on gain and filter work as expected and allow switching between two values consistently. The other bug is around controlling tempo with a dial, SnapBack doesn't.
I realise you've probably had an avalanche of feature requests ranging from the sublime to god knows.. already @Alex fox so I will keep mine simple:

gonna add something like this to morphs shortly.
When it crashed it went to home screen. When I tried opening again it showed KRFT loading screen for a second then back to iOS home screen. Will send you the wave file now.
Got it. Debug team (i.e @w3epy) got it crashing on device so can work out a fix.
@Alex fox any plans to allow importing folders from AudioShare?
I just tried it and I thought it was going through then got message not supported at this time.
It's not on our current roadmap, maybe sometime in the future.

We are such a varied mob (which is probably why almost all apps get a few early gaga proponents), but I was pleasantly surprised at how many different parameter controls there were
To me, not just the "how many" but that they are the right ones for the tweaks I wanted to make. I'm a simpleton though.
So, is it actually a grovebox but with different aproach? I missed 4,99 price tag which I would be ok with, and dont know if I need it. I got Frum few days ago, so it might be enough. Idea is really cool, but without midi out (maybe for a next 6months or so) it seems to be too limited. Would really like to hit a buy it button, but I dont want to buy any shiny thingie.
I recommend you read the original KRFT thread. This is way more than a shiny thingy. Seriously, I've done more here than with Gadget and having soooooo much fun at the same time but that's just my own experience. I've been jamming on the metro train and people asking me what app is that. They are so amazed at what they see me doing. Best app purchase for me ever!!!!!
I am poverty's king as regards shiny objects. This isn't that. Worth it for the piano roll alone which is absolutely one of the best, and it's one hell of a lot more than that. I say this as someone who is NOT a live player as well....
I guess I was as well but my thoughts returned to all the riches in my favourite bag of tricks. KRFT is much more of a playable prospect though and were it not for these I may well be satiated.
Really looking forward to a preview keyboard for programming the synth. It's quite a beast now with the new waveform selections. I had a lead with a kick drum layered in there for some thump. ALso easy to get super weird sounds if that's your thing.
