if it was 30 my currency it would be less than 0.5$ lol. i live in India.
1$ = 64.13 Rs here. but according to apple 1$ = 80 Rs.
from what i hear the iphone interface will come later. its still in early development stages. they want to push out the ipad only version first and probably make it universal later.
There is no specific mention of iPad, iPhone or Universal on the Intua announcement page.
oh yeahs
Got you!
But not exactly what I meant. The price is sometimes indicator about what's under the hood. Auria and Cubasis etc. I'm just preparing myself to be little underwhelmed. After several years of development, expectations are high and many are without a doubt planning to make BM3 their main DAW just like version 2 was and dominating app couple of years ago. Just my ramblings...
Two q:s?
What does this mean exactly?
Live time-stretch & pitch-shift with Elastique v3 algorithm.
Macros?
Is that like the Macros in Photoshop?!
Universal from what I heard. Might be iPad only for now, or two separate apps/purchases, both of which I'll gladly front money for. Okay, now I myself am not sure. @mathieugarcia , care to shed some light on this mate?
Good news. Think I'll be tempted at that price
If this is real question
You can change the duration of your track and the pitch will be adjusted on the fly. Elastic v3 is the name of the algorithm that makes this possible and is well known (therefore mention the name). Same alg. as is used in Auria
Ok so iPhone version by Christmas 2019. Good to know
im out of space on every device after the last month.....................................................
In BM3 a 'macroknobs' are simply a knobs controlling multiple parameters at once.
Great to see BM3 finally getting released. However, I thought it was going to be the end of June as Intua said end of Q2 2017. Anyway, an extra 2 weeks is nothing to wait.
Lool
I want it on my phone and iPad so I'm not sure I'm gonna pay for it twice
I wait and see what happens
For now I'm enjoying Groovebox and looking forward to NanoStudio 2 which will be hot on bm3 heels and likely better
Beatmaker 2 was introduced at $19.99 and dropped after 7 days to $9.99
The app will be universal - iPad on July 15th, iPhone version coming shortly after.
You can't see it but I'm smiling ear to ear!
Yup! (Also, range can be inverted as you see)
Yepp!
Individual +/- ranges for all parameters attached to a macroknob
Darn, the main man beat me to it haha....
@mathieugarcia awesome. When are you going to announce the winners of the giveaway?
Shortly before we release it. We will send out the promo codes when the app is live (only way to do it, I think).
You also could say that Groovemaker is just too expensive looking at what it has to offer (at the moment). Exciting times besides BM3 also Nanostudio 2 and a new version of Werkbench should be released shortly
OMG!!!!!' (Runs widely to and fro pulling hair off in pure joy!)
THIS IS AWESOME!!!
Sold.
Whoot, see yawl in a month for... The Reviewening!
So what's your guys opinion on the best midi controller to use with BM3?
have you played groove maker lately, it has features no other app has.... but I agree that BM3s price is definitely worth it if it works.
Great, that's like ableton live macros.
can beatmaker 3 sample straight into one of the pads? Then be edited?
