Yeah, same here. It needs a update for to fix some bugs… One of the Synth presets, "Nunnagsaust," is crashing out the app for me. Some nice presets for the synth. I hope the developer is planning to release a bunch more of these presets soon…
Also, my keyboard graphics glitched out and the sequencing grid disappeared. I had to fully quit the app and relaunch it to fix the problem.
Using an air here, sorry. No crashes so far, pretty fun app overall. The included samples sound good and there's a decent enough variety there.
Still can't figure out how to use the qunexus for note entry though. Is there an undo at all too?
@Tarekith, pretty sure there isn't an undo. The old Electirfy didn't an Undo either…
Finally got Audio Paste to work...helps if there's something in the pasteboard
Now trying to get my head around the warp marker system.
Feels strange with so much familiar and yet so much new. Loving the automation options, really interesting with the synth, adding a lot of modulation possibilities that are not immediately apparent when looking at the simple FM architecture.
The excellent shuffle feature signed the deal for me,now I've got to get back in to study mode.
the arpeggio feature on the sequencer is very nice...
@dj8. Yep had some funky ui screw ups too and had to quit also. Pretty much to be expected with a new release. It is great though! Contender to be my fav app.
@paradiddle, ah ok re: the ui issues. I emailed via the developer's site re: the issues. I hope he can make an update soon.

Just downloaded it. I really like it, very logical smooth workflow. I really hope midi control over the mixer is added though. Not having access to the mutes and the clips at the same time is annoying. Actually seeing midi support for everything would be awesome.
running very slow and sluggish on my ipad3. lots of audio breakup and glitches editing sounds on the FM and sampler panels. Just crashed about 5 min in too. Anyone with an ipad 3 with similar probs? trying hard reboot now
quite disappointed that there doesnt seem to be a way to turn off automatic pitch warping? i tried changing the tempo from 140 > 89 with a melodic loop from nanoloop and it sounded great until NXT had finished its pitch warping calculations and then it was back to its original pitch plus artefacts. Im probably the minority but i would love to be able to turn off the auto pitch warping, just want it to act like a turntable (slower = lower pitch). Not all the time of course, but it is very useful for creative sampling stuff
@Buska, using included loops and included synth, am able to go from 60<120>180 w no artifacts on my iPad 2. I get artifacts when I add multiple effects to an individual part. But, I can add both master effects to multiple tracks (tried up to 4 left and right) and that works w/out ok. That's working as a send, which would cause less RAM strain, I think. Hopefully, the effects for individual parts can be optimized some in future updates.
Don't think you can turn off the auto pitch warping… That's a good request for a future update.
I've only had maybe 5-10 min to play with it today and this is the closest thing to having Ableton on ios for me so good job to dev on this.
Here's a problem I'm encountering: When I copy and paste a 16 bit sample from audioshare into nxt, no problem. But when I try to either do general copy or audiocopy a 24 bit 48khz sample, all I get is static in nxt. Can nxt handle 48 or does it have to be at 44.1? It was mentioned that it could handle 24 bit samples which was one of the MAIN reasons I bought this and was so excited about this app so I'm hoping its the 44.1 that is issue. thankx
ps i'm on ipad mini and it's crashed a few times but stable enough for a first day release. But please take care of 24 bit file issue. thnkz!
@gjcyrus, 24bit sample not working for me either. I'm guessing another needed bug fix…
Also, the scrolling on the sequencer needs an change. It's not possible to scroll freely between measures, as far as I can tell. What I mean is, if you're trying to manually write a note that starts at the end of measure 3, and ends 1/2 way into measure 4, there's no way to do that because the screen won't scroll w/ the attempted note draw.
Wow, this thing must be one hell of a cpu hog by the amount of complaints we are seeing.

Most of the reported errors are good old fashioned bugs. They should be easily fixable w/ a quickly issued update.

Also, when. i change the pitch for samples, they either speed up or slow down, Where is the setting for time independent pitch shift? That was also the reason I specifically wanted DIRAC as samplewiz has that DIRAC setting/feature

@Buska, Might be an iPad 3 issue… the interface is responsive on my iPad 2.
@gjcyrus, the independent pitch shift is working. Did you set up a Looper Clip and then open it and select the Loop Triggers to Warp the tempo? It worked when I tried it.

I like how it gives the note it's in but i was hoping it would work like ableton where i can pitch up or down a sample or loop but it stays in time. am i missing something in the looper screen? thnx in advance

I'll play with it over the next few days and try and post some detailed responses. I'm using an iPad Air, but I also have an iPad 2 hanging around so I guess I could try some comparisons perhaps.
