They probably never envisioned anyone trying to run more than half a dozen instances of the same plugin on a resource-constrained device anyway (although you can run 35 Ripplemakers before the memory limit kicks in). :)

That said.. they can now safely remove the limit...

It seems silly to have the restriction in the first place though, to my non-techie mind anyway. Pro Q in Auria could run more instances on an iPad 2 six years ago without this kind of hard-coded limit, the limit was simply what your device could handle, not some arbitrary number plucked out of the air by an Apple engineer.

And the worst thing about it is that breaching the limit doesn't result in an error message, but a crash that can destroy your work. Crazy stuff.

Agreed. It seems odd and certainly lacks the elegance you'd expect from Apple.

I guess the second release will tell all.

If it’s “all at the same time” then that’s obvious.

If it’s say 'Pro-C 2' then we know what we are in for..

Either way, this is such a great “dream come true” and I’m Loving every minute! and aspect!

    One Love!

Next plugs are being considered among other priorities- not imminent. We’ll just have to enjoy what we got so far 🙃

So... just ring em up. You’re frickin brambos!

  • Apple and elegance? Sorry, but this is some years ago. Their latest soft-and hardware open „alphas“ are not high quality.
Apple is too big now for a proper quality control.

Gave in. This is awesome and easily worth the 40 canuck bucks.

I hope they don’t release all their plugins in quick succession or I’ll have to pick up some iTunes cards with my credit card. One a month would be fine, and should keep me solvent. :p

The reverb will snipe me instantly. If I can sidechain AU fx in BM3 when it comes out then so will the limiter...hmmm, also really enjoyed my stint with Timeless and Twin back in the day in Auria... oh, who am I kidding? I’m screwed. ;)

Is there a way to adjust the Q when not in fullscreen mode (ie. Cubasis)?

From the manual 'Double Tap & Drag' on the point to adjust the Q value.

Awesome, thank you. Is there a downloadable manual somewhere? I get a crash when I go to 'help' from the app and don't have much time with ipad on internet outside of the weekend.

The downloadable PDF doesn't contain the iOS specific parts yet...

But the iOS part is on the web (the manual works for me directly from the Plug-In though).

C'mon fellas, let's get these rollin out. One a month or longer sounds depressing...could mean a year before Timeless 2 or Saturn is released

Doesn't have to be an AudioDamage deluge, but pick up the pace!

Came here to ask this, so THANKS and I'll RTFM. I've also found you can tap on the numeric values and type them in...if it feels like letting you. It is lovely and definitely worth that price of entry, but disappointingly fiddly to work with in Cubasis. Here's hoping that gets fixed up soon!
