  • Does this count as a studio?

  • Have a Prologue 16/Blofeld/Hydrasynth as well but I always fall back on these three Elektron toys. Also have 100.000 iOS synths and effects.

Finally added the iPad to my main setup. Also downsized considerably recently.

I'm interested in the equipment. how to do connect the iPad to the Windows 10 Ableton?

  • @raimundoarriagada Between the laptop and the Akai Force there are 2 USB audio interfaces. One for laptop, one for iPad. Force is Sync Master, its MIDI I/O connected to 1st USB audio interface (laptop). iConnectivity Mio connected to Force USB port and to 2nd USB audio interface (iPad). apeMatrix and Ableton are Sync Slaves.

  • While the past few years have taught me a lot about patience, it's nice to see things get moving when the time is right

Finally got a space to setup so I don't have to keep resetting up on the back porch!!

And here's a small tease of what's to come!!

  • Update with minifreak

  • Added
    Behringer Wasp
    Volca Drum

I got a detachable pull out keyboard tray for my desk finally.
The minifreak was too big for the top!

Not sure i love the clamps being on the desktop but im going to trial it and see how it works. If it gets annoying, I’ll just have to buy one a screw in I guess. But it gives me a lot more space to work with.

I like that, I've been thinking about something similar.
Tell me how you get on with it.
Maybe put a cushion strip across the top like analogue mixers?

I’m actually thinking about returning it and getting a longer one that is full desk length… so i can put more stuff on it 🤣 and really no reason to have it that small

My setup finally complete with the addition of the Arturia MKll controller and front firing Tannoy 5” monitors (old JBLs were rear ported and needed to be replaced because the speakers are against the wall). Apple M2 Pro also relatively new. Kawai Novus Midi piano with acoustic grand hammer action inside. A dream come true for me.

Looks nice, and I know the feeling when everything just falls into place.

    Happy playing!
