The Mac unlock is $49.99 - unlocks all instruments and VST/AU support. You are thinking of the Ultimate unlock which is $149.99.
With no way to get support I'm going to have to do a PayPal dispute :-(
No I can't submit a support ticket as the Zenbeats product is not recognised on the Backstage support site, so it won't let me raise a support ticket.
I have found Zenbeats support very responsive and very helpful.

@sdesign i had problems signing in and scan rescan bull&@“?/ up the ying yang for awhile then all of of a sudden it just started working. No reason why
I can log in just fine. All my other purchases are there. But my MacOS V1 unlock downloaded and then just disappeared! I've tried restarting the app, logging out and in again, reinstalling the app. Nothing works. This is not a good start!
Thanks for that
Hi @sdesign . Check your PM
We have never had that feature, per se, but we do have Track Freeze, and the abilitly to render and import mixes or stems.
Thanks for sorting me out @MatthewAtZenbeats great service!!
just did the zenbeats online training, pretty good stuff! i wish more program makers would follow this model of helping people use their product
Yess!!! This is so cool. I really want this app to succeed!!
i do to, i really think it’s the best daw for ios right now, not only is the aop powerful but the support is great and offering free training really shows their care for us who bought it and that they believe in their app.
Same here. Very impressed that two Roland product specialists put on a presentation directly to 10-15 users with more info on the way.
Ramon presented and Matt was wing man
anyone knows about how much space will take if I will purchase ultimate unlock? All presets and loops - are they already downloaded and it's only unlocking, or there is smth to download?
lots to download. Sorry, I don't see the size of anything except what I already own. The purchased sound packs I have are in the 10-30mb range, but then there are other packs that are over 200mb. The good thing is you have pretty granular control over what you have downloaded to your device.
Here is some idea based on what little I’ve purchased.
Not sure but my current install including most of the ZB presets, several sets of loops and a bunch of my own (fairly large) samples is a little over 7 GB. I have at least 1-2 GB of my own files in my ZB User folder.
All ZB presets and loops are not already downloaded except what comes with the basic install.
@WillieNegus I don’t think so. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with this in other areas.
Please add the ability to add a midi clip straight in from the main menu. I have found no way other then opening a song first then it gives that option.
I am still having some issues with certain midi file that it can open.
Also speaking of midi... is there not a velocity editor for per note in the edit mode of midi??? I see a global one but usually you will have a velocity editor under the notes? Maybe I am missing.
Is there a way to reverse the audio in audio that is added as a track? I know you can do this in a drum machine, but i want to reverse audio that is just on the timeline?
Seems there is an issue with importing midi file types (1 or 0). Will be nice when it fixed..
@WillieNegus its driving me crazy as I am sure that I saw it somewhere. I registered for todays class so maybe I can ask..
Are you talking about here in sampleverse? Add module import Audio?
@WillieNegus Sure I could load all kinds of apps that would allow me to do that. But if I am just throwing a FX audio on a track I want to be able to reverse it. Make sense?
Can you do it in clip mode? Can’t figure that out either.
Most of what you guys are asking is either already there or in development. Sign up for one of the classes. You will be speaking directly to Roland product specialists and they are very receptive to your input. I was very pleased with the whole experience and am working on a list of questions/feature requests for the next one I attend. What’s nice is there is the main interactive audio/video presentation and also a text chat that can be addressed to the room or to individual attendees so you can ask questions without disrupting the main presentation.

@anickt we have taken the classes. We we there last week. 😀
Yeah - I know YOU were there 😆 but I was addressing anyone who is interested because I don’t think people realize how good of an app this is. For instance, do you know Sampleverse does pitch detection when recording or importing samples? It’s pretty good from what I’ve seen so far.
PS - this is not currently available but I did request it and my request was acknowledged. You can load samples into drum machine and Sampleverse and reverse them.
Per note velocity:
In the mixer view from the settings button on the track
@anickt .... dang it I had them all selected LOL Thanks!!!!! I wish they would show the numerical range for the velocity
I’m going to request that. I think I’m signed up for Thursday. I’m making a list.
Im in class again... just asked Matt. Its a feature down the road.
Midi can be imported on the timeline. Then you can select the resulting clip and copy/paste into the clip launcher. Two steps, but really quick ones.
[edit - actually a few more steps as it creates a new track, which you may want to delete.]
[edit 2 - humm ... long press on a clip brings up a midi import dialog. The only problem is ... it doesn't bring any midi in. @MatthewAtZenbeats ?]
